Tom does a GREAT job on my nails! Love the Pink and White Ombré. This last time, he did pink/white with Chrome ombré! OMG....crazy awesome!! I love the cleanliness of the salon and the friendliness of the staff. My appointment even ran over into closing time, and Tom never made me feel like he was rushing to get done. came in for a fill a couple of days ago. Had Any as my tech, while filing my nails with the machine she got so close to my finger that it started to burn and my finger was so hot for 2 hours that day, then my nail broke. Come in today and told the front desk about my experience. It felt like they rather argue with me then feel concerned and apologetic to the situation and try to make it better. Nope... let's just argue with me instead. My nail tech today Van although ...was nice cut my finger with the nail file and didn't even notice the blood until I said something. I assure you that I have been with Venetian for a long time and the quality of the work is horrible. I am paying $25 a week for a fill.... and for them to break instantly for no reason is concerning. I was deeply disappointed with management at this nail salon. I am sure the techs are highly skilled, however, I scheduled the first appt. of day and they had me waiting with others who had simply walked in. I waited 15 minutes and was told that the professional scheduled with me was late to work. This is very poor management. They should have just had me wait in the pedicure chair and while my feet soaked and chair massaged. Whomever is running this place needs to have a course in leadership and management skills. This is the best place to do your nails!! My nail tech is Layla and I can honestly say she is the best nail tech ever! I look forward to coming every two weeks. I live in west palm and I make it a point to get my nails done here because it's worth it! My nails are always well done, clean and perfect! One of the best experiences at a nail salon anyone can ask for. Besides Layla the best nail tech, I love the sweet ladies in the front they are amazing, they always have a smile on and make it a point to know your name and address you when you walk in!
