The whole experience was extremely unpleasant and I would not recommend this store after the experience I had here. In February, I booked an appointment for a gel manicure ($70) online and paid a $35 deposit. In store, the employee who did my nails recommended instead a manicure which was only $35. When I went to pay they charged me another $35 and I didn't question it because I assumed that maybe the price has changed. I trusted that they would have known the prices for their own services. The employee then proceeded to inform me that they have overcharged me and offered me little other recompense but to put it towards a $15-20 store credit for when I come back. I did not actually wish to return after that experience and spend more money, but I felt I was offered little other choice. After realising their mistake, the employee went upstairs for reasons unknown for 20 minutes after asking me to wait. Finally after booking in an appointment for 4 weeks in advance and leaving, I received a text 3 hours later cancelling my appointment. Not only was the employee unprofessional, I feel my money was wasted on the whole experience. Not to mention that my money was taken from me in a manner which appeared extremely unethical.

You will come back, and continue to do so because of the exceptional service, quality products and procedures, very friendly and experienced staff. This salon is way above average... I have had three visits before making this review so I could be sure of my recommendation and that my experience was not just “on that day”. Really you must try it. #💖thenaillounge.

Loved my experience at The Nail Lounge - the staff is so friendly and the the vibe is relaxed and comfortable. Jaime took great care of me for my a deluxe pedicure and express manicure. I appreciate that they use more environmentally friendly products. Feels like a neighborhood gem. Super easy to book online a few days ahead. Definitely book ahead, this place is popular!

I love going to Tic Tac to get pampered! I've been coming here for many years. Their prices are very reasonable and they will always try to squeeze you in if you just walk in. Diane (the owner) is my favorite for nails, and Vy is my favorite for pedicures. I've been getting the Kiara Sky dip powder nails for a while now, and I love it! All of the pedicure chairs are massage chairs, so you can reeeally relax while they beautify your feet! Tic Tac is truly the best!

A lady did a fill on my nails and they turned out so choppy and awful paint job, she didnt even have me wash my hands before painting them, very unclean and charged me extra to cut my nails down

The whole experience was extremely unpleasant and I would not recommend this store after the experience I had here. In February, I booked an appointment for a gel manicure ($70) online and paid a $35 deposit. In store, the employee who did my nails recommended instead a manicure which was only $35. When I went to pay they charged me another $35 and I didn't question it because I assumed that maybe the price has changed. I trusted that they would have known the prices for their own services. I love going to Tic Tac to get pampered! I've been coming here for many years. Their prices are very reasonable and they will always try to squeeze you in if you just walk in. Diane (the owner) is my favorite for nails, and Vy is my favorite for pedicures. I've been getting the Kiara Sky dip powder nails for a while now, and I love it! All of the pedicure chairs are massage chairs, so you can reeeally relax while they beautify your feet! Tic Tac is truly the best!
