Since they were new and close to work, I was thrilled! Sadly, after several months of disappointment not going back. I never give reviews but I am now. For shellac they grind your own nails down too much every time. Obviously this is a time saver on their end. Something about their entire shellac process is wrong because time and time again it doesn't last more than 10 days. Been getting my nails done shellac for a number of years and lasted 3 weeks easily. Don't waste your hard earned money here! Sorry. Wish I had a positive thing to say! Read Less

Used to LOVE going here and had gel nails. Always booked for the next session for two weeks time. A man working there was writing down my next appointment on a piece of paper as their calendar had run out - I knew something would go wrong. Sure enough, show up early on a Saturday morning (for opening essentially) to be told I had no appointment - so they didn't transfer the appointments into their calendar. Friends have complained about the workers stealing their jewelry, talking about them and not honouring appointments - I haven't gone back after being treated so rudely - and I was a regular customer. Probably the worst customer experience we have ever had. The workers yell at my 14 year old daughter and were very rude. We thought our daughter may have been exaggerating until my wife took her in the next time. My wife left with my daughter and did not get the nails done and will never go back again. After spreading the word about this place at gatherings, all our friends said they went their once and will never go back as well. They do a horrible job but even worse is that they are very rude to young girls. I heard that they even speak their language and make fun of their customers the entire time, but I dont know the language but am only going on hearsay. There are alot of different places to get nails done, so why would anyone go here to be treated like dirt. If I could select 0 stars I would. Poorest of poor customer service. Read Less

I went in for a pedicure today and they did a fantastic job! They provided a hot stone massage on my calves and feet, which I've never had anyone else do for a pedicure. Very reasonably priced too! I'll definitely be going back. Read Less

Both the sexy nails shops in Surry Hills are so good which makes me feel like I'm so lucky to live in this area :)) They offer great customer service, very good hygiene and everything. On top of that, the staff are skillful so they know what is good for you. Read Less

Came into get a fill and the workers did not know I can speak there language, the whole time they talked badly about there customers and complaining. Not happy with how my nails look too, don't come in here... not worth it! Read Less

I have been several times to both of their stores. The only time the service was good was when the owner did my pedicure. This time when I had my manicure done I have ended up with terrible peeling skin around my cuticles. Which is now very sore.
