My eyelash extension took 20-30mins for application and resulted of the extensions falling of within a week not sure if faulty application or faulty glue but definitely not worth the $150 that I paid for. Would not recommend for anyone. Went back to ask for a partial refund (not even a full refund), and I was denied. Asked if I wanted free infills instead, but anyone in my position would not want more extensions that will then again fall off in a week and provide the same painful experience. Read Less

Charging people according to their nationality is a little degrading. I thought I would come back to fill in my eye lashes but due to your lack of professionalism and respect you have just lost a customer. Whether someone is asian, Lebanese Indian, Australian etc your prices should vary. Something to think about it if you'd like your business to grow. Read Less

What a RIP-OFF!! We went there my mum my sister and me to get our full set nails and lashes don . It was our first time going to a beauty salon, and i had the mistake of not asking for the prices but i have checked different places similar to that and prices were slightly similar. Well, talking among other things i told them it was for my small and familiar wedding...and what did they do? Their eyes turned . When we finished to receive the service we found out they have cha...rged us $780 !! $780?????!!!! Seriously?!?! They didnt just provide us manicure and pedicure and lashes, they charged on top of that extra services such as spa treatment on the feet( a 10 seconds peeling ) Plus the most expensive lashes and nails and what is worst the smart ass girl in charged of the lashes charged me extra $80 for 4d lashes that i didnt ask for!!! And you know what is funny? I told her i didnt want many lashes, just a little on the ends to make the eye longer and I ended up looking like a cheap Drag Queen for my wedding day... Although she "discount" me the extra 4d lashes as she was doing me a favour. But she still charged us $150 each for an ugly lashes that were falling off while getting make up, done, plus they nearly blind my mum with a pure alcohol make up remover and they had to re-do her manicure. I learned the lesson, ask for friking prices first or people will take advantage of you. But this was not just that...this was a sick joke. Thank you TWINKLE Strathfield for making my pre wedding day such and aweful day. Hope karma comes back to you. Have been here several times. Eyelashes have been great every time. The shellac designs are beautiful. However, shellac has peeled off several times. The staff have been nice, and redone them for me. Last time my new acrylics all came off one day after getting them done here. Read Less
