This nail salon used to be so good when they first opened. Since they have gotten busier, staff have become rude and unhelpful like they are too busy and want you to go away. I went to get my nails fixed that are one week old on a Thursday around 4pm, the store didn’t seem too busy. A new girl did my nails way too thin the last time and they started breaking and were hurting me. I popped in and first thing they say is do you have an appointment in an annoyed tone. I said no I just need my nails fixed they are cracking and splitting my nails underneath and are only a week old, the staff member looked around as if to say they were too busy and didn’t want to help because I didn’t have an appointment. Even when I make an appointment I still have to wait half an hour. They treat you like you are an inconvenience to them, I will take my business elsewhere.if they work off appointments only that’s fine but they should let their customers know. Read Less

If you expect your gel polish to last more than 24 hours, do not have your nails done here. I had French polish done two days ago. By yesterday afternoon the polish on two nails was peeling off. I don't think gel peels... especially if it's applied and cured properly. It chips, not peels, because it's so hard. I stopped by today to request my money back because I didn't expect a second try to be any better than the first. They refused, saying they would "fix it" so the nail tech quickly repainted and "fixed" all 10 French manicure nails in less than 10 minutes. Hmmmm.... No shocker but two more nails are peeling tonite, less than 8 hours later. Never again!!!! Read Less

My partner has been coming here regularly since the place opened. Today she went in, and the staff were rude. Ignored her before finally saying she had to wait 45 minutes. So she sat down. 15 minutes later, another woman walked in and you sat her down straight away. Then the staff were talking in whatever language you are speaking in. Nodded in my partners direction and everyone laughed. How damn rude of you. You just lost a regular customer. The one thing she does for herself when she does so much for her family. Very kind people, especially Anna. Very nice looking salon. But very disappointed with the quality. I've been here 5 times, each time my GEL polish, which I pay more for because they're supposed to last long, has chipped or completely peeled of. Today, being the last time I'll come back, to have her take off all polish as once again, my polish peeled off. Never have I had their issue with any other salon. At least not over and over. I had the opportunity to visit here today and was so impressed with everyone and how immaculate the shop is all equipment is sterile and they use a new liner in the pedicure bowl for each client and they are very friendly and and do an excellent manicure and pedicure and are very careful .I was apprehensive to have a pedicure because I am on Blood thinners but my daughter encouraged me to try this Nail Bar and said how great they are and I am so glad I took her advice .I will be going back . I am not one to write reviews, especially negative ones - however, I want to prevent people from having the same experience I did. The lady who had done my nails, did NOT have sterilized equipment and cut my fingers in multiple places. On top of that, my nails are now crooked and ugly. She filed my nails down so much that I am still in pain from it half a day later. I am so upset by the service I received, I hope that no one is treated as poorly as I was. Read Less

Had a wonderful pedicure it may have been one of the best I've ever had! I got the basic $27 one. I love that it's nice and clean with no clutter like other nail places. I also got a fill for my acrylic nails and am not as satisfied with them. Seemed like she rushed when it came to the gel polish after my fill. But will definitely go back for a pedicure there. Elegantly decorated, clean, offer a buffet of drinks to include wine, calming music, (no TV's blaring the new or some infomercial, these sweet owners understand when we come to spend two hours getting beautified we love being pampered with a calming ambience. They used a new organic product, #nochems #nolights, it was amazing to watch Anna (owner) dip my finger in the powder. They look and feel amazing. Absolutely found my home for nails and Pedi's.
