Terrible SNS manicure service ! All my nails are different shape, bits of colour are all over my hands ! Instead of wrapping each nail to remove previous sns manicure, the technician puts your hands in a bowl filled with acetone so that the base and colour goes onto your hands and it’s very difficult to clean off, let alone the smell! When I asked why they they don’t do wraps, they reply was “it’s just faster this way”. I also asked to make my nails same shape but she actually made it even worse. Needless to say the colour is not consistent, and they really make you feel bad for asking them to do their job properly. Basically don’t bother walking in!

This was my second chance back to Venus nails, and there is no way I will ever be returning. Every one of my nails is a different shape, I questioned the lady doing my nails but she clearly did not care less! I am in a similar industry and was absolutely appalled by the service!!!

I just moved to the area and was great to find somewhere close and convenient as I don't get a lot of time for the luxury things. I was completely disappointed after having a pedicure the colour on my toes was nothing at all like the sample I picked, I said something but she didn't care. I then had sns new set Wich I have been getting for quite sometime, after three days 5 of the ten nails had all cracked and a few days later broken off completely. After spending over $100 I don't think I'll be going back

Went in to get a broken nail fixed after waiting for at least 35 minutes a lady came over and began to take the broken nail off, as it was very painful no care was taken in the removal of the nail. The nail was applied & the acrylic, then she proceeded to file the nail even though the acrylic was not dry leaving it misshaped and rough then she just painted over the top of it. Didn't even bother to fix the shape of the nail. Not very impressed.

I had a pedicure done last Friday, and it was a really disappointing experience. I had an appointment for 3pm, which I had to wait for, then the girl start removing the polish from my toes, only to stop after 1 foot, and go and work on someone else. I had to wait that long for someone else to come and start on me again that the water went cold. I asked for some hot water to top it up, and just had more cold water added. The young girl who did my pedi quite clearly didn't want to be there, she didn't put a great deal of effort into the pedicure, I still had some of my polish left on when the new colour was painted on, and it's already chipped.

Terrible SNS manicure service ! All my nails are different shape, bits of colour are all over my hands ! This was my second chance back to Venus nails, and there is no way I will ever be returning. Every one of my nails is a different shape, I questioned the lady doing my nails but she clearly did not care less! I am in a similar industry and was absolutely appalled by the service!!!

I just moved to the area and was great to find somewhere close and convenient as I don't get a lot of time for the luxury things. I had a pedicure done last Friday, and it was a really disappointing experience. I had an appointment for 3pm, which I had to wait for, then the girl start removing the polish from my toes, only to stop after 1 foot, and go and work on someone else. I had to wait that long for someone else to come and start on me again that the water went cold. I asked for some hot water to top it up, and just had more cold water added.
