Got there at 11.50am. Finally left at 1.20pm. They kept trying to get me to sit in chairs I couldn't access as I had a pram, and they ignored that there were two tables accessible and empty. Happened twice. Then once they had removed my old colour and had filed it back, the woman doing my nails disappeared to do pedicures and left me sitting there for 20 mins. Finally another staff member came and finished my nails. The file used was chipped and the sharp bit was very uncomfortable as it was dragged across the sides of my fingers but the staff member didn't notice. Only reason they get two stars is because eventually after all the mucking around, my nails did look good!Read Less
