Had my nails does less than 15 hours ago. Paid $90 and on 1 finger the polish has completley lifted off. Went to get fixed and wanted me to wait 20 minutes. Unfortunatly I have a baby and can't sit around and wait to get a botch job fixed. How about apologise and take 5 second to fix it. Read Less

Very BIG warning to those who love their nails. I have been going to Apple Nails in Muswellbrook since they opened and have been so happy with the service and the staff were doing a beautiful job, until recently... There was a young man that started working there and I am not sexist I have had men do my nails before and they did a beautiful job, but not this one. The first time he did my nails they were slightly uneven, but I didn't complain he was young and new figured he w...ould get better, so had my friend who is trained in nails to fix it for me. When I next went in I was put with the same boy and let it go he did it again but a lot worse I went back to the manager he had a look and redid them for me and assured me that it would never happen again. In the meantime my daughter got done by the same boy and they were atrocious and were once again fixed. Yesterday day I went in and was once again paired with the same boy I nearly walked out as I really did not want them done by him I stated several times that I wanted them even and tried to get some one else to do them. But once again they looked at me blankly spoke their own language and ignored me. I sat down not wanting to cause a scene. I asked him often during the time that he was doing them that I wanted them to all be the same length and shape. First he did them in a triangle and the were uneven I told him no didn't want a triangle wanted almond so he rounded them out way too much mind you and they were still uneven and some were different shapes. I had an appointment and had to leave. So just let him finish off and rushed out as my daughter was late for the fracture clinic. I asked a person on the escalator if I was imagining they were uneven, and they agreed with me so too did several people I was chatting to at mainland hospital. So today I go in and ask to speak to the manager and the one who seems to be in charge rings a number speaks away in his language, still has only glanced at my nails while walking past and passes me the phone on the other end is a woman who is obviously Australian who I think will listen she rudely tells me that the person I have spoken to says they have looked at them and they are perfect and that people who have been there three times says they are good. I tell her he has not looked at my nails and she basically calls me a liar and says if I am not happy with them not to go there anymore. It is sad cause all the girls there and the older guy are all lovely honest and do fantastic work so I have to miss out cause the young one can't do his job and the guy today in the white shirt is a liar all they have to do is watch the video cam and see that he didn't look that he is a liar, and they should also speak English in front of their clients. I would advise people not to get their nails done here. I got shellac nails a week and a half ago they were not very neat and now they have all started to chip off. I went back to ask for them to fix it and they just wanted to argue that I had them done three weeks ago and that they were chipping because they were old. It cannot be real shellac that they use as it is easy to peal off once it has chipped. I am very disappointed with the way that they handled the stipulation and couldn't take responsibility for their mistakes. Read Less
