I went there few times in the past and it was fine, but when I recently came to have my shellac removed to have only acrylic on my natural nails, no french, no tips, no Color, very simple and plain, the final cost was quit surprising. That type of service will usually costs around $20 anywhere in the city and they wanted to charge me $45 which I said that should be the price for a full set with french not for just plain acrylic refill. The guy dropped the price to $40 letting me know it was expensive because they had to remove the shellac but salons know that most of clients come with something already on the nails, that’s why it’s called a refill; and it doesn’t affect the price. Rude and worst job ever on my nails. Did not listen to what I wanted done and when I said I was not happy they just shut down. Didn't say a thing to me. Really disappointed in how they did not try and understand what the issue was. I wanted to try someplace closer to me to start up again on my nails, but I'll do the drive to get service and quality. A spur of the moment decision to have our nails done and we were fit in, thank you. My nail polish was put on Wednesday and by Saturday my polish is worn and chipped. This can't be your norm.
