Poor customer service, poor hygiene practices. The women had gloves still on from another customer and tried to touch my feet. Had to wait half an hour in the store for a pedicure, the women had poor English and kept painting my nails incorrectly.

NEVER GO HERE!! Absolute appalling!! I was waiting for so long just to start soaking my SNS nails. Still having to tell the employee numerous times to make the colour even, thickness wise. POOR CUSTOM...
NEVER GO HERE!! Absolute appalling!! I was waiting for so long just to start soaking my SNS nails. Still having to tell the employee numerous times to make the colour even, thickness wise. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, having ladies being ignored at the Front counter, just to be told to come back in 30mins.
POOR HYGIENE PRACTICES. Using same gloves for pedicures on different people. Nail shedding everywhere, wet and used towels still on the floor.
If my nails hadn’t started soaking, I would have walked out!!

Had a pedicure yesterday assuming it would be beautiful and relaxing. No welcome or greeting just come here put your feet in. ...water was so hot. ....no apology just turned on cold tap. The gentleman who attended to me was rough and uncaring. Only short leg massage no massage of feet. ....the abrasion of dead skin off my feet hurt a lot. If you are in the customer service industry. ....remember to care....he looked disinterested and angry. The actual polish application was good but done by another girl who was ok. It was expensive and memorable for all the wrong reasons.
