I have been there twice and felt treated badly both times. “Pick colour!!“ is what your greeted with; no time for questions or even a simple “what can I do for you today?”. Staff are unfriendly and miserable. What should have been a relaxing treat became a truly disappointing event.

An awful place to walk in too !!.. no hello, or how may l help you ...... just .. “ pick colour”.. “pick colour” ... l said l would like .... she said pick colour ..... l pick colour for my pedicure ... she thought like was having nail extensions !!😳
The most terrible pedicure l have ever had. A young girl not professional at all and took 20 minutes for a pedicure... a professional salon it’s l hour to l hour 10 mins....... so wrong and not right. I didn’t like the way they shared the pedicure equipment with other customers!!!😳. A dirty place really. $46 for 20 mins to soak my feet in water and a polish. Staff all look miserable and the way the sad face of the Manager talks to her staff was awfully sad and bad. I will never go in there again. And l will warn others !!!!!!!

Paid for SNS nails, then had to have polish painted on top as colour was not the same as the nail example. There for an hour and a half with nails not dry when I left...now a mess!

they charged extra for 'long' nails when getting acrylic infills, which is odd seeing as acrylics are usually long. The lady doing my nails was not professional or good in any way at all, getting shel...
they charged extra for 'long' nails when getting acrylic infills, which is odd seeing as acrylics are usually long. The lady doing my nails was not professional or good in any way at all, getting shellac nail polish all over the skin and trying yo get away with my nails pointing all over the place. would stay clear of this place at all costs.

My daughter loves coming here after swimming lessons to get her finger and toenails painted. Pretty good value at $15, and the staff are always friendly towards both of us

You never know what attitude you will be met with when walking through the doors. I have witnessed a few innocent customers who have had to deal with the unnecessary arrogant attitude from the workers...
You never know what attitude you will be met with when walking through the doors. I have witnessed a few innocent customers who have had to deal with the unnecessary arrogant attitude from the workers, which makes the whole experience unpleasant. You are better off going else where!
