Was really sceptical about coming here because of the bad reviews but they were busy so I thought they must be good. They served me quickly, politely and did a fantastic job. The lady allowed me to choose my own colours for hombre when I couldnt find any samples that I liked. Will definitely be coming back. Photo is of my nails one week after they were done - SNS Hombre.

I got my nails Infilled with shellac on top. Within two days the shellac was starting to peel off. I’ve been getting my nails done like this for over a year at another salon and never once had the shellac peel off. Occational nail broke but as to be expected. Wouldn’t waste your money, they must use cheap shellac that doesn’t even last a few days!! I should have gone back and complained but I couldn’t be bothered.

Rude staff. Said bad things about me in their own language in front of me without knowing i could understand it. Talked down to me like a child. Very intimidating. Average job. Rushed through. Didnt even tell me when its done. Just left me with the plastic thing stucked between my toes. Aweful aweful.

The worst service ever!! Really rude staff, when you get there they even don’t look at you or don’t say anything, I got my acrylic nails there and they are really ugly and thick!

The nail salon provides good customer service in my experience and also shapes and carves nails accordingly to what I ask. Although their previous staff (1 or 2 years ago) were better trained, the salon provides better customer service and handles your requests better than ones I've been to.
Overall, decent performance of staff.

I had a very bad experience. I clearly asked for the charge of manicure and nail polish color before doing these and they confirmed it is 25$ but when they gave me bill after deducting the amount from my card it was 45$. When I asked them the reason for this amount they told me all are extra charge like cleaning nails, putting colours etc. So if all these extra they could have inform me before doing all this. This is really bad experience.

Was really sceptical about coming here because of the bad reviews but they were busy so I thought they must be good. They served me quickly, politely and did a fantastic job. I got my nails Infilled with shellac on top. Within two days the shellac was starting to peel off. I’ve been getting my nails done like this for over a year at another salon and never once had the shellac peel off. Occational nail broke but as to be expected. Wouldn’t waste your money, they must use cheap shellac that doesn’t even last a few days!! I should have gone back and complained but I couldn’t be bothered.

The nail salon provides good customer service in my experience and also shapes and carves nails accordingly to what I ask. Although their previous staff (1 or 2 years ago) were better trained, the salon provides better customer service and handles your requests better than ones I've been to.

I had a very bad experience. I clearly asked for the charge of manicure and nail polish color before doing these and they confirmed it is 25$ but when they gave me bill after deducting the amount from my card it was 45$. When I asked them the reason for this amount they told me all are extra charge like cleaning nails, putting colours etc. So if all these extra they could have inform me before doing all this. This is really bad experience.
