Shocking service. I had a manicure, pedicure and spray tan. The polish would not dry (even after two hours). I’ve been in the salon before where other have had this problem, too. They fill out their polish with cheap acetone to make it last longer and as such this means the polish takes hours and hours to dry. Further, my spray tan was a disaster. I returned home and after waiting the allocated time; I then showered. The entire tan came off in the shower. I returned to the salon on the same day in the afternoon. They refused a refund and said they could only redo another tan that day, which I of course was not going to do. An absolute waste of $75. Read Less

Went in for mani pedi because of the large $40 special advertised on the door. After 20 minutes I was on my way with dirt still under one finger nail and was charged $45 because I used a credit card. Does it say anywhere that there is a 12.5% surcharge on credit card payments? Guaranteed I will never return to this establishment. And there are many alternatives in ROZELLE & Balmain. Boo. I came here 2 times in a month in past 3 years. From beginning of this year, they have new staff working in the shop, the service getting worse since then. new staff has no skill at all, my nail and skin grow quite messy and horrible after just a week. I feel pretty bad, a business can not keep good staff. Even they just a min walk from my house, I don't think I will come back again. Good luck!Read Less

Not at all professional, i called them before i went and was told they could accomadate me, so once in there they made me wait for 51 mins where i was completely ignored until i had to ask them. I have had acrylics applied and infilled at a number of different salons over the years. I am a very satisfied client of Sexy Nails, travelling from Katoomba in the Blue Mountains (2 hours by train) to have my acrylics done by Anabella both here in Rozelle and at the salon at Broadway. The work done by Anabella at Zexy Nails is great. My nails last four weeks between infills without any without lifting or breaking. Read Less
