Despite coming here for years and always having great experiences, today was terrible. My finger nails are cut so short, several hurt to touch. No action was taken after I said I was unhappy. Recommend asking for your regular nail artist.

This is my regular! Even since I've moved from Rozelle to Ryde, I'm happy to make the trip just to get my nails done. The girls here are great!
