Swore at me when I asked them to fix the nail they did not do properly. Waited an hour after my appointment time before being served.
Asked for a manicure appointment at 5.30pm. Was finally served at 6.30pm. Lady cut my cuticles so deep it bled. Then she put acetone on it to "clean" it. It was still bleeding but she wanted to put what she said was "medicine". I asked her to put it on once I stop bleeding.
The nail polish was running very apparently low, she did not check whether there was enough polish or not. She kept layering it on, giving my nail a distorted shape. She walked away before I could say anything else and a man came to do a top layer. The man chipped the coloured polish as he was doing the top coat, paused and then kept going as if nothing happened.
Waited another hour before a different person asked how I was. I asked them to re-do the nails that they did not do properly. They offered to do another layer. I asked them to remove the polish on that nail and re-do it. The staff was then very insistent it was the top layer. Swore at me in their own language and so I asked them to remove all the nail polish.
Payed for their embarrassing service.

Messiest job ever. I had a pedi and had nails painted. I had to ask girl to fully remove old nail polish. She was just going to paint over remnants. She also didn’t clean out my toenails. She just shaped and painted. Only put one coat on hand nails. So much paint on my fingers I will have to remove and tidy up myself. The girl got nail polish on my foot. Quite a bit and she walked off without even saying a word. I had to get her back to remove it. She was going to leave it like that. And of course when I asked her to remove the paint both times she is clearly speaking about me in Vietnamese to her workmates. That’s why I didn’t bother asking her to tidy up my hands. Left feeling upset. There are a few nail places at RHTC to choose from. Go elsewhere.

I have been going to Advanced nails rouse Hill, but that day I decided to go here and it was the biggest mistake ever. I got SNS and within the week the colour faded and most of them cracked and chipped. Thank goodness Advanced nails rescued them!!

RUDE STAFF!! DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. A friend got SNS nails done recently by the MANAGER and afterwards she noticed that 2+ nails of hers were not done properly (she got french manicure style SNS and the pink part was not clear...there were imperfections). As it was nearly closing time, the staff were gathered around the manager who at this point getting a pedicure. After telling her the problem, she and her staff denied that anything was wrong with the nails. Then she admitted that she realised something was wrong and that now it was too late. One of the staff members aggressively remarked to my friend that she could not see any imperfections. The manager insisted that she will do my friend's nails again but honestly at this point, after going back and forth and seeing their attitudes, I did not want to be here and second. We asked for some money back and got 1/5 of it (to cover 2/10 nails lol) at the same time that the manager was yelling to us 'ARE YOU HAPPY? ARE YOU HAPPY NOW' while we were walking out the door (while there were other customers present). They need a lesson on customer service ASAP because we are never returning there again and will make sure to tell everyone we know not to either.

Really diappointed. Made an appointment for 9am but no one there and at 9.15 found out I had been double booked. Not offered another appointment. Will not be going back. Such a shane as Mel is a wonderful manucurist and a delightful person. Not her fault. The fault is of the person who took my call and made a double booking.

I get shellac regularly and tried pearl nails. It was just 3 days ago and it is already chipping off half of my nails. Terrible quality.
