I HAVE CONTRACTED MRSA ( a antibiotic resistant infection) If I could give a 0 I would! My first ever 'pamper day' I went in and got a pedicure. They soaked my feet for over 30 minutes and then everything was rushed. They cut me and couldn't control the bleeding then painted on top of it! A few days later I went to my doctor because I thought I was starting to develop an ingrown toe nail. I have spent close to $120 on antibiotics trying to get it to heal. NOT BLOODY IMPRESSED. I’ve been drawn in twice and both times have been major regrets. The staff are shockingly rude and the service is beyond poor. Basically had my skin and cuticles painfully ripped to shreds from their inexperience and lack of care when using nail tools. My friend and I walked away with cuts and abrasions. Don’t get me started on the pedicure. 10/10 would not recommend and advise everyone to stay away. Wouldn’t be surprised if we both get infections. Read Less

They made me wait get soaking for 40min. The scrub is still lingering on my calf.cut my nails crooked. Didn't even apply any kind of moisturiser. I expected my nails to look good, classy and not end up in the hospital with infected thumb and middle fingers. I get vaccinated, leave the hospital and ring Nail Gawd Studios to hopefully get reimbursed or compensation for the trouble and they tell me that is not an option unless I had reported the issue to them prior to me getting medication. absolutely disgusting, rudest staff I've ever encountered. The lady who did my nails very nice but struggled to speak english. I selected a pale nude colour but was given a muddy dirty purple. When i told her it was wrong she simply said "looks pretty". I informed the man at the front desk of the error and politely asked if it would be possible to get the correct colour. He grabbed me by the arm and dragged me to the center of the store in front of all the customers and begun yelling and swearing at me and the woman for being "stupid" and insisted i picked the muddy colour, despite him not being there or possibly having any idea which colour i did select. My friends and I were preparing for our formal which is a very special event. We relied on Fresh Nails Rouse Hill to offer us with the best quality nails, we were very disappointed! How difficult is it to supply customers with pearl white nails? We chose a nail polish asking whether it is pearl white and how it would look only to be informed after the fact that they change to a horrible yellow in the sunlight. This is NOT something a girl in year 12 wants to see in her photos! After asking for the nail polish to be removed, reapplied with a new nail polish purchased from another store we were abused by one of their employees stating it was our fault, when in reality they have disgusting customer communication and horrible service! Time to wait wasn't too bad. However, paint job on my toe nails was terrible. No buffing or anything, just removed the old colour and painted over. Pad from toe separater rubbed off paint and left some cotton on the nail, o asked them to fix it in which the cotton wool was painted over. Asked again to fix and was told they would. Got full set of acrylics also, paint job is bumpy which also reflects the bumpiness of the acrylic underneath. Didn't buff off the jagged edges and no paint on the very top of the nail. In all my years of getting nails done, this has to be the worst. Asked for everything to be fixed and was told there was nothing wrong with it followed by the usual language mutter to the lady working next to her. Horrible horrible and horrible experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I went in and asked for a nail colour paint and she said it was 10 dollars then I noticed a manicure was 15 so I figured why not get the whole experience. Biggest mistake. The person who did my nails did it in less than 10 minutes start to finish. Now anyone who knows that just is no where near a manicure. Next what really upset me was when the lady put the cream on my hands to message it in she gave it a little rub and told me to go wash my hands!!! Never in my life have I been told to was the cream off my hands. Just plain ridiculous!!! Next she sent my hands to the dryer and within a minute my nails began to bubble. I told the lady and she tried to paint over my nails with the colour again. I told her to redo them not try and paint over them then she made me wait 10 minutes. I then asked for my money back and she refused and forced me to have my nails painted again.This place was a waste of my money and time. Service was bad and the attitude was even worse. TERRIBLE customer service. Not even a 'hello' or 'how are you' when the salon clerk starts working on your nails. They start butchering your nails and 'go and pay' is all you hear from them once they're done. I have been here twice; the first time I gave a benefit of the doubt and thought I might try it again some other time, despite the appalling service. The second time around confirmed that I'll never step foot in this place again. The salon clerk soaks my hands in acetone and forgets that I'm there, and I inform another staff member that my hands are burning while she gets the same person to remove my polish. Appearing confused while my polish is struggling to come off, I tell her that I had gel on. "Well you should of told me" is all I hear behind her mask, in an abrupt tone. I'm sorry, but if you at least had the courtesy to not only say hello, but to perhaps have the common sense to ask if I had shellac on, then I would of been able to tell you. I am not a mind reader. The polish ended up cracking and my nails started splitting after three days anyway. All in all, horrible customer service and a poor, rushed job, which somehow took almost two hours to do. Read Less
