The worst pedicure I’ve ever had unfortunately. The young girl that did it was so rough, she was digging the utensils into my toes and cuticles and made them bleed, even after me flinching several times and bleeding she kept going. I didn’t enjoy one bit of the pedicure and now have an infected toe that is bleeding when I wear shoes. It’s a shame as my usual nail place was closed for renovations, I now know why I go to pearl nails and not American nails!!!! Read Less

TERRIBLE SERVICE.. Do not go here! Wow.. where do I even start with how bad my experience was here. Firstly, I will start by saying the staff are very unprofessional. All they do is talk to each other at the expense of the clients time which WE are paying THEM for. We don’t all have 3 hours to get our nails done when it’s a simple task. It took just over 45 minutes for the shellac to be removed from my nails- mostly because their conversations took over they hArdly spoke to me or acknowledged my existence apart from asking what colour. Then Another woman took over to put a full set on. They were the roughest and most bumpy nails I have ever been given she didn’t even size them up just chucked them on so the nail was glued over my cuticles because it was too wide and glued the skin under my real nail. Not a single nail was same length, shape or size! I wanted ombré I chose the colours and this woman could not execute it on even one nail. I asked her to stop then and there because I do not trust them continuing to do anything more to my nails, other than taking them off then I’m done. She proceeded to do so roughly gave up half way and then left it to ANOTHER person to finish so that���s 3 people involved in one session(what the?) They didn’t even clean off the remainder glue on my nails they are scratched and look terrible I asked them if they were seriously going to let me leave with my nails looking like this and they couldn’t even do the right thing in the end. I was disgusted and asked to speak to the manager which believe it not was the second one who put the set on and did the worst job🙈 I told her I did not enjoy the experience one bit and my 3 main reasons was the time management, a poorly delivered service/lack of skill set and the unprofessionalism. For the manager to be that bad at her job skill wise and complete lack of handling constructive criticism from a customer speaks volumes to me about that place and how it’s run. She actually said I’m sorry this place isn’t good enough for you. I was like are you serious? Youve just put words in my mouth saying that I never once said it wasn’t good enough I am explaining to you my 3 main issues- the whole time she tried to justify everything but boy did I rip her a new one and put her in her place. She had the hide to turn around and say your lucky we’re not charging you! Lol, I felt it was fair to at least pay for shellac removal- but after the conversations unfolding Of how rude she was I decided she wont even get that. They do not care for customers and showed nothing but disrespect from the moment I walked in and they were in complete denial about it. Ironic that she argued with me that she’s been there ten years with plenty of customers and no complaints and yet I see So many complaints on here so how does that work? 🤔 generally if you provide bad service people won’t come back so I doubt you actually have reoccurring clients. Worst nail place ever , wrecked my day NEVER EVER COME HERE !!! , tried to compensate by saying we will take it off and you don’t have to pay anything , I believe it’s because if I showed anybody they would never get business so mad !!! Plus I didn’t want to damage by nails further by having to get it done again so they took 5$ off the price will never ever come here again and I’d advise for you not to aswell . Read Less
