I have been coming here for over a year now and have always had great service, but today a lovely girl Jenny went above and beyond with the service she provided as well as the other ladies there. Thank you so much I really appreciated it. See you all next time

Helen does a good job of Sns however came here last week to remove them and the two woman that removed my nails broke one down the middle as couldn’t be bothered waiting for the removal solution to do...
Helen does a good job of Sns however came here last week to remove them and the two woman that removed my nails broke one down the middle as couldn’t be bothered waiting for the removal solution to do it’s job and overused the machine. They then applied glue and left with a clumpy nail to hold it together! and have other nails breaking off left them very weak now. Will never come here again Still charged me $15 what a joke

Terrible removing of my Sns nails.
The girl that did my nails - Helen did a good job however went back to remove and the other ladies don’t care and have left me with brittle broken nails. The first woman split my real nail down the middle and then they applied nail glue to try and keep it together! and then she left and swapped with the older lady who looked like an owner who also did a terrible job and have left me with weak breaking brittle nails.
Never again, avoid coming here if you care about your nails as all they care about is taking your money

This place is really good for a shopping centre nail place. Ask for Lisa, she is wonderful.

So many nail places in Roselands and I had to go pick the place that completely ripped me off! No reasoning with them. what an expensive experience. tricked me so not honest at all. STAY AWAY

Wonderful service. The ladies were attentive and friendly. Upon leaving, the gentleman who finalised our account was very nice and during our time there, and he kept checking we were ok and even adjusted our massage chair to a better setting. We will definitely return.

Left very disappointed! They cut my nail/skin while trying to remove the acrylic. I drew blood and not very impressed by the cleanliness of the salon at all. Will never be returning!!

Helen does a good job of Sns however came here last week to remove them and the two woman that removed my nails broke one down the middle as couldn’t be bothered waiting for the removal solution to do it’s job and overused the machine. Terrible removing of my Sns nails.
The girl that did my nails - Helen did a good job however went back to remove and the other ladies don’t care and have left me with brittle broken nails. The first woman split my real nail down the middle and then they applied nail glue to try and keep it together! and then she left and swapped with the older lady who looked like an owner who also did a terrible job and have left me with weak breaking brittle nails.
Never again, avoid coming here if you care about your nails as all they care about is taking your money

Wonderful service. The ladies were attentive and friendly. Upon leaving, the gentleman who finalised our account was very nice and during our time there, and he kept checking we were ok and even adjusted our massage chair to a better setting. We will definitely return.
