Went and got eyelash extension done the other day here. Although friendly staff, my eyes sting very bad and I received antibiotic from doctor today saying my eyes are infected. Very disappointing. They are very sore and stung when I tried to put Murine soothing eye drops in. I am suspecting the eye tape they use is of very cheap quality. Also eyelashes are not soft but hard and brittle. Used a Groupon voucher for the shellac mani and pedi, went in expecting average treatment but it was amazing! Moment I walked in I was greeted by the staff. I had the pleasure of Sandy servicing me and it was phenomenal - she was very thorough and efficient! Not rough at all, not rushy and very pleasant. The interior of this shop is also aesthetically pleasing with soft piano music (Yiruma) and not smelling like most nail salons do of the strong polish/remover scent. Overall a very great experience and I will definitely be returning! Thank you so much for making me feel like a princess :) P. S, contrary to another review, they were not chattering away in Vietnamese and did not rush my treatment. I went on a Saturday and booked in at 10.30am but arrived early and they took me in. So so so nice and professionallgot full set acrylics with a normal coat of opi and I have had them for 3 weeks now and they still look they same. Only a tiny bit has chipped off. The price is very good $35. This is one of the only nail salons I would keep going to. My mum got shellac and hers has still lasted looking nice. I had an excellent experience today. They have wonderful customer service. Eric did my nails and Cindy did my eyebrows. A great experience! My pedicure was the best one I've ever had. The price was way cheaper than on the island too. My one complaint is that I had to ask them to put a second coat on, if not for that I would have given it 5 stars. I will be returning in two weeks for a new pedi. I'm in love. Read Less

Lovely newly refurbished salon - hands down the comfiest spa massage chair I've ever sat in (they inflate and squeeze you whilst massaging rather than just bounce). It was just my mum and I when we were there at 10am during the week - but music was playing on Spotify which gave it a good vibe. They did a lovely job on my French shellac nails and French polish toes for my friend's wedding. Looking forward to going back again soon! Read Less

Rip off. Went all that way with a pre-paid voucher as a special treat for my son's wedding tomorrow. On arrival they asked for an extra fee upgrade to an extra, which I had already paid for. I refused to pay. Showed them the voucher, but they wouldn't honour it. Really upset. Unpleasant atmosphere. They barely acknowledged me and spoke in another language to each other the whole time. Very pushy & rude. My pedicure was rushed and not relaxing at all. Was told that it is 5$ extra to have a colored tip painted on but if the whole nail was painted the color there was no charge.
