Staff here were extremely rude. The lady who was doing my nails was chewing gum behind her mask and then proceeded to spit it out right in front of me. The staff members then switched places and the girl I now had was very forceful, bending my fingers very painfully. I told her she was hurting me and she didn't listen and kept telling me to "relax." Not only that but she kept checking her phone and responding to messages every time she got a message. I spent two hours there overall! When my awful experience was finished, I had to take an emergency phone call before I could pay. I did apologise for the inconvenience but the woman rolled her eyes and placed her hands on her hips, waiting impatiently. She then proceeded to attempt to charge me $20 dollars extra than the advertised price. When I questioned her about it, she got very agitated and said "you got the shellac colour. It's extra." I then said that she never told me which colours were shellac and which weren't. To be fair, her manager or boss did say that I can pay the advertised price which was the only thing I can say was good about my experience here. Definitely won't be going back until they get better staff. Read Less
