Atrocious, rude staff and owners, no sooner do you walk in and they start to serve the next person without even listening to what you want, I'm sure they do it so they can rip you off at the end of your treatment. Awful service! I had to go to a doctor to get puss removed from my nail because the lady at Odyssey had jabbed it so hard. It was my wedding week and I had no other choice but to go back and get my nails fixed and after I told them about what had happened they started yelling at me and telling me that I should have come back the day after!!! Horrible service, the girl was taking off the old acrylic and cut into my nail bed and caused it to bleed.  Then on another finger filed my actual finger until it bled.  I asked to see the manager..."no manager".  It was a terrible experience, will NEVER return to this place!! Read Less

Rang up on a Saturday and made an appointment for 9am Sunday, which was when the person on the phone told me they would be opening.  I showed up a few minutes before 9am and the shop was empty and dark.  I waited 15 minutes or so, but nobody showed up.  After doing my shopping I passed by and saw the shop opening at 10am.  When I entered the shop, the staff member opened up the appointment book where my name was indeed written in at 9am.  Despite this, there was no apology, nor any recognition that I had been inconvenienced.  If I had not been counting on getting things done today, I would have gone elsewhere.  Also worth knowing: the prices I was charged were up to 40% higher than those listed as "suggested salon prices" on the Odyssey Nails website.  I won't be going back. I came into Jennifer's Nail in Rhodes and was impressed by Jen’s ( the manicurist) lashes and asked where she did it, she told me in this shop (later I was told to go to Odyssey Nails). I had a few lash extensions before and concerned that it would give me the sleepy effect instead of a perky look. Jenny spoke to her boss on the phone in Vietnamese so I can go straight to her after my nails (different shop, same company). I said pls make sure it's exactly the same as Jen's. Just before I left, I asked are you sure Chloe remembers what she did for you? Can I take a photo of your eyes? She said don't worry she knows! Once done, I went in a hurry with my teary and reddish eye (it hurts), I said yup its fine and rushed off as I had to get my baby. When I got into the car, after the tears from the chemicals subsided I realised that this lashes was different. I called to complaint and between Chloe and Jenny I was told 3 different stories 1- Chloe said Jenny did it in Vietnam and told me it was the same 2- Jenny was put on the phone and said Chloe did it for her 3- I said why did Chloe said it's done in Vietnam and jenny said OH, yes I did mine in Vietnam but Chloe has done it for me before. Later, she told me in a text that Chloe had done it for her before with sleepy effect, but now she has had double eyelid surgery and did it in Vietnam. She blamed it on my eye structure My arguments: - I specified multiple times I wanted it EXACTLY the same, if the girls had told the truth that it was done in Vietnam but Chloe can do a similar job, I would’ve made an informed decision if I wanted to take the risk. - Jenny said that Chloe did hers while in reality she did it in Vietnam. Whether it's the same or not, Chloe did NOT do her current eye lashes. - I specifically told Chloe that I had sleepy-eye look before, but really liked Jenny's. Obviously the end result is the same sleepy-eye look and all they blame that Jenny has had double eyelid surgery. As a professional, she needed to communicate with her client better and set the expectation right. I was so disappointed with the owner's response to my complaint, he said he didn't need to 'understand' my simple expectation for a worker to be honest and give a realistic expectations, just makes it so clear that this business doesn't care about a client's positive experience.
