Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The women here are so incredibly rude and their work is poor quality. I’ve had two SNS manicures here, both times I had significant chipping after a week (which you don’t expect when paying that much) and when I asked them to redo the chipped nails they asked me to pay for it, very rudely also.

My boyfriend’s mom gave me a gift certificate that she’d saved for months to give me for Christmas, and in that time it expired. When I tried to use it they were so rude about it and acted like it was my fault. I’d literally gotten the gift less than a week before. It was one of the worst customer experiences of my life.

they say they can provide services that unfortunately they cannot - but charge full price for them. Nail polish all over my skin.

The ladies here are so lovely, they seem to remember me every time I go there and they have a loyalty card discount program.
Its a decent price for a Mani-Pedi and they do a pretty good job. The shellac lasts about 2/3 weeks before lifting and peeling - which is what you would expect.

I wasn't expecting such a quality of waxing for that price. Hot wax was used as it should for the sensitive area. Cash only.

Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The women here are so incredibly rude and their work is poor quality. I’ve had two SNS manicures here, both times I had significant chipping after a week (which you don’t expect when paying that much) and when I asked them to redo the chipped nails they asked me to pay for it, very rudely also.

When I tried to use it they were so rude about it and acted like it was my fault. I’d literally gotten the gift less than a week before. It was one of the worst customer experiences of my life.

Its a decent price for a Mani-Pedi and they do a pretty good job. The shellac lasts about 2/3 weeks before lifting and peeling - which is what you would expect.
