Terrible customer service. Got a shellac manicure and 4 days later the colour started lifting on most of the nails. By the 7th day they were all chipped and looked terrible. I’ve never had such a poor shellac job and by the owner none the less. I went in there and showed them and they basically just stared at my hands and said “it looks like they didn’t didn’t dry in the light long enough”. They said it would be half price to redo them all (even though it’s their mistake), or they can redo the ones that had all lifted/chipped for free. I said “but the other one will likely start lifting too... shouldn’t you do them all for free since it’s your mistake?”. They said no and were so rude about redoing the chipped ones only.
