Called up for an appointment, arrived on time, and was asked to wait for 15 minutes. Finally sat down, and then they send me to the waxing room to wait. Wait for 10 minutes, then finally get up, walk outside and ask if anyone is coming in. They do, but rush the process. In all my years getting a wax, I've never bled. This time, however, I'm writhing in pain, my legs with splotches of blood on them. The woman blames my hair for being too thick, but this isn't my first wax, and this doesn't happen to me. I grumpily try my best to sit down without wincing, and she keeps doing my nails. As she's finishing up, I ask about one of my nails, which I had asked her to fix because the acrylic had a huge chip in it. She said she forgot, and that she was too busy to fix it now, and asked if I could come back another time. What should have taken about 15 minutes has taken an hour out of my day. Not impressed, and never going back.Read Less
