I wanted to get acrylics done here but when I did the lady I got made all of my nails crooked it is so bad you could see it from quite far and when I asked if she could fix it she just stared at me and left for 15mins I don't know what she was doing but I'm guessing checking her phone mind I tell you this was before they put on the powder stuff when I asked her to file my nails again so it was no trouble but she didn't even fix them when she came back, and all of the nails were different lengths where one pinky was way bigger then the other pinky and I later found out that there was a hair inside one of my nails I'm guess it was during when she was painting my nails, anyway worst nails I've ever had I would rather spend $50 and go to a better nail salon rather than wasting $35 here. Called up for an appointment, arrived on time, and was asked to wait for 15 minutes. Finally sat down, and then they send me to the waxing room to wait. Wait for 10 minutes, then finally get up, walk outside and ask if anyone is coming in. They do, but rush the process. In all my years getting a wax, I've never bled. This time, however, I'm writhing in pain, my legs with splotches of blood on them. The woman blames my hair for being too thick, but this isn't my first wax, and this doesn't happen to me. I grumpily try my best to sit down without wincing, and she keeps doing my nails. As she's finishing up, I ask about one of my nails, which I had asked her to fix because the acrylic had a huge chip in it. She said she forgot, and that she was too busy to fix it now, and asked if I could come back another time. What should have taken about 15 minutes has taken an hour out of my day. Been there several times and service was fine but on this visit it was a total disgrace not professional. The lady who was doing my nails was definately not qualified. Couldnt care less and when I complained she just laughed. The normal manager was not in and the manager that was on site acted if she couldnt speak english. Very disappointed. Phoned the owner to complain and he wasnt interested. Read Less
