If you want baby smooth feet use epoch. I swear it's a miracle. Since Dino recommend it my feet have totally been transformed. No more dry cracked heels that I have to hide. Now I can show off my feet. I highly recommend epoch. Read Less

Absolutely terrible service. First their eftpos wasn’t working, when I asked to get a pedicure with shellac I was looked at funny and then finally sat down in a chair, chairs that are way too close to one another. They left me for 25 minutes with foil on my toes and when I finally got the shellac off my toes they took ages to do the pedicure. It took over an hour to get a pedicure with shellac. The girl who was doing my nails, accidentally hit the jet in the tub making water go everywhere, she was then yelled at by the manager, who then huffed and puffed around the room for next 20 minutes angrily. I was taken over by another girl and then at the end, I was left alone with the UV light on one foot, the girl telling someone else to make me swap two more times, which they did not do. She then went off to serve someone else and No one came to help me. I decided to then do it myself, so I could leave and was yelled at by another employee to not move. It was widely over expensive for what I received and one day in, one nail is already chipped. I suggest no one go there! Horrible experience! After just stopping in by chance because my normal salon was under staffed again, I have to say I was very happy with our experience here. I had come in for manicures with my mother who is disabled. We were greeted enthusiastically as if we were regular customers. After, we were offered refreshment and immediately began our manicures. Both nail techs were very pleasant and accommodating, not to mention I feel we both received superior service! We were both thrilled with our manicures. I went into the salon at 3:55pm and came out at 4:41pm. I had 3 people sit down to attend my nails all of which got up and left to go work on someone else. I was then left or forgotten about for 20 mins. The fourth person finally took off my shellac and finished what the first girl should of done 25 mins ago. That's all I was having done. I just wanted my shellac removed. Really bad service and overpriced. I definitely don't recommend having your shellac removed there either unless of course you enjoy waiting 45mins (and then getting charged $10 for it) Read Less

Appalling experience at this salon. Went in for a shellac manicure. Three customers who arrived after me were all served before me despite many queries as to why I was still waiting. Ended up leaving after 45 mins when only my old shellac polish had been taken off. Charged me $10 just to get the polish off despite cutting my skin when trying to remove it. Absolutely disgusted in their customer service and duty of care. Will never be returning and do not recommend this salon to any prospective customers. Read Less
