Ann, Oanh and Duyen(Cindy )are very sweet girls who always have a smile and are excellent technicians...Jenny and Vince work very hard to look after you, whether it be re bookings, fix ups or special requests. I've been coming here for almost 2 years now. Im always so happy with the quality of the product and the care from Jenny and her staff. There's been multiple times where I've been late for an appointment and Jenny has gone over and beyond to fit me in and still provide me with a 10 star service. I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. I've been coming to Jenny for more than 10 years. It is always open at the most convenient times. They have an excellent variety of colors and brands of polishes. I cannot compliment them enough on the hospitality and customer service that each employee has displayed towards me since I've been coming here. Jenny is always consistent with her work and I love how she won't let you leave unless your pedicure or manicure looks up to par. I am happy to recommend classy nails to any customer. My entire family goes to their salon and we find they do an excellent job, are hard working and very reasonably priced. I noted the negative feedback below from one of the customers - my sister was in the salon when she came in and witnessed her behaviour. She was rude and disrespectful and expected a full set of nails free of charge when only one was broken. She threw a tantrum and threatened to go to lawyers in the salon which is just disgraceful behaviour - I'm sure if she raised her concerns in a polite manner they would have been able to reach a resolution. Classy nails have many locals who regularly return to their salon because they do feel welcome and the team do a good job. I see how friendly they are to their customers. I'm sure there are hundreds of customers that feel the same as I do - unfortunately it seems to be only the negative people who write bad reviews. Read Less

Very bad customers service.. i had my nails done two Thursdays ago next day one nail already cracked.. spoke to the guy there who told me to put nail glue on it for time as they couldnt fit me in due to there times and i was off to melbourne for work on the weekend few days later a few more broke and finally got an appointment in for the Thursday Jenny Ngo the owner was very rude told me that i had to pay to get them fixed.. she has a product which is not meet the standards it is meant to require.. she blamed and asked me "who am i going to believe me or you?" Really thats really bad customer service. I recommend go somewhere else as she does not know how to look after the clients. I have also reported them to immigration to make sure they are following our law. She charged me $80 the first time and wanted more money from me. I also had a friend who went here and some problem. Nail artist was nice and friendly however I will not be returning. I went in for acrylics as I'm local but everything that I wanted was $5 extra; for having longer nails (some places charge for this but not all and it's ridiculous as the nails are already on there!, for changing the shape, getting a matte top coat I payed at least $15 more than what my usual place would charge as they don't charge me for any of these things!?
