Charged $60 for acrylic infill!
That's the price for a full set at other salons! The lady was eating before she did my nails and she didn't even wash her hands before proceeding with the infill. No customer service either. No chatting or talking.
The most expensive place I've been in the ACT area.

I question their practice of only accepting cash tips. Are they hiding something from IRS? Also, are the cheese graters they use to take off wrinkled softened skin from feet approved?

Well, the owner tried to get me to pay for another little girl's nails, insisting she was my daughter and then, when she realized she was wrong, never apologized. Also, the girl that painted my little girl's nails for her first ever nail painting never said one word to us and acted like we were bothering her. Never will go back again!

Probably one of the rudest nail salons I’ve been to. Unprofessional staff, arguing with customers when a job wasn’t professionally done, a lot of eye rolling at customers- chopping and changing between clients- 95 minutes for a simple pedicure will never attend here again. Appalling service

I decided to try this place out after hearing about it from multiple people. I normally get a gel mani, so that's what I got here. The polish started peeling within 3 days of my manicure. The place looks nice enough on the inside, but the techs just talk amongst themselves, they don't interact very much with the customer. Also, cash only tips, you can't tip from your card.

Had a manicure and shellac treatment. The person doing my nails buffed them so roughly it actually broke some of them. They weren't even looking at my hands while they were doing it. When I pointed it out they acted like they had no idea how it happened and I must have already had broken nails. They didn't even bother to file and shape my nails or clean under them either. So disappointing. Needles to say I'll never go back.

Went for a pedicure to try out the place, just looking for a nail salon close to where I am staying for a few months. The service was mediocre and there was an extreme lack of nail polish selection (I am used to a wall full of nail colors to choose from), won't be headed back.

That's the price for a full set at other salons! The lady was eating before she did my nails and she didn't even wash her hands before proceeding with the infill. No customer service either. No chatting or talking.
The most expensive place I've been in the ACT area.

Well, the owner tried to get me to pay for another little girl's nails, insisting she was my daughter and then, when she realized she was wrong, never apologized. Had a manicure and shellac treatment. The person doing my nails buffed them so roughly it actually broke some of them. They weren't even looking at my hands while they were doing it. When I pointed it out they acted like they had no idea how it happened and I must have already had broken nails. They didn't even bother to file and shape my nails or clean under them either. So disappointing. Needles to say I'll never go back.
