Horrible. Very dissapointed with my pedicure. The whole thing lasted 20 min. When asked why she didn't do a usual scrub, massage and lotion, I was told that she DID do that but I had "missed" it because I was on the phone or talking to my Mom sitting next to me. I refused that answer and asked her to show me the products that she had used. Clearly pissed off she spoke to her colleagues loudly in an Asian language, pulled the toe cushions out aggressively and said "You're finished". That's not where it ended. I kept questioning and she just became outright rude. Her colleague who was working on my mom's nails clearly dislikes her, mouthing the word "lier" behind her back and nodding in agreement with me. I was told to pay. No thank you. No smile. Just disgusting behavior. I don't know how they stay in business. I used to go every fortnight for my nails. I will never NEVER go back. The best nail salon in Queanbeyan. The staff are friendly and remember the regular clients. They always recall how I like my nails shaped, and are excellent at picking colours. I walk out happy every time, and get nothing but compliments on my nails. Read Less

Service is horrible I had a full set done one week later 4 nails were broke and the ones that weren't completely off were sloppy I came for repairs the lady was extremely rude and tried to charge me $10 her nail. I've never heard of repairs for basic nails being $10 per nail Read Less

The owner "long" was speaking rudely to his employees. He was on the phone whilst doing my nails and got angry with me because I wasn't holding my fingers out the way he wanted. (I wasn't doing this on purpose) he told me "you think you're helping but you are not. He then rolled his eyes at me when I said that I couldn't help it. (I have juvenile arthritis) I requested colour and got french tip because they used the white coloured nails and not the clear and could not be stuffed to fix it. I was immediately greeted as I walked in...another person was 5 minutes late to her appointment so I was called to be next for my new full set of nail's I was to receive...my nail tips glued on the costumer before me comes into the shop and was polietly informed and told she would be next...no hassle...the nail tech was very nice and carried on interesting conversation with me as she QUICKLY and with gentle hands...(VERY IMPORTANT in this business) finished my nail's swiftly...and DID NOT make me feel rushed!...my future daughter in law also received her full set there... When I started getting acrylic nails, I was spoilt as a friend did them for me. When she left, I started here. I always go back. The price is good and the Manager/Owner is awesome. I turn up and they know me. I don't need to discuss the shape or length of my nails - they know! I often trust them to pick colours for me too - and am never disappointed. My nails started lifting the next day and when I went back to get them fixed they tried to say they didn't do my nails so I would have to pay to get them fixed!! So now my nails look horrible and I got skin peeling and everything now. As you can see my hands look horrible and I paid $50 for this terrible job now I gotta go somewhere else to pay to get them fixed because I damn sure wasn't giving them another penny! So the owner waxed my eyebrows and when I had a problem with how much she took off on one and took my shape from the other. She continues to say I'm not going to argue with you. Who's arguing? I'm stating a fact!!! She kept saying I can't make it thicker. Who said thicker? She kept getting mad and trying to storm off when all I was saying too much on one was taken off and the other lost its shape. She's like WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO?
