I’ve been going to star nails and lashes for a wee while and always had good service however my previous appointment will be my last. I booked for eyelash extensions and it was horrific, the technician was clearly in a rush and the entire procedure was extremely painful. When completed I realised only half of one of the eyes had been done and I told staff who said ‘i have to be somewhere and you’ll have to come back the next day.’ As I was leaving the country on holiday the next morning this couldn’t be done. One day later and my eyelashes feel like I have needles poking in them and every time I blink it hurts - I’m going to have to find someone to remove them. I would have previously recommended their service but after this experience I’d advise to steer clear! Read Less

My niece had a party there this past weekend, I walked in about 30 mins after it started, and you could hear a pin drop it was so quiet in there. I saw zero interaction between the young stylists and the little girls in the party. No smiles, no attempts at conversations, just quiet. I had to go put music on, I had to ask why my little ones were all holding empty glasses, just blah. They should definitely get workers who at least act like they enjoy working with little kids. I took my daughters yesterday for the first time to get manis and pedis and thought it was a little over priced for the type of service they provide. I was expecting for the pedis to include cuticle removal, scrub, filing, etc. And instead it was just a rub with soap, dry feet, and immediately apply polish. It was the same for the mani. I called before hand and asked if I needed to make an appointment for a kid's mani and pedi for her birthday. I was told no. Went yesterday, Sunday, May 7, which is my daughter's birthday and I was told I had to make an appointment. She said I can either book something with her this week or come back tomorrow. Well, it's tomorrow, Monday, and the store is closed. Although it looks great inside, please inform your employees on the correct procedure so that way a customer isn't lost in the air guessing it's okay to do walk ins and open on Mondays. No massage chairs, very slow for SNS and perdicure with no foot rub. $80 for SNS manicure and normal polish pedi. $20 more expensive than my normal place in Melbourne, and very unprofessional salon. The girls a lovely, but they should not be charging to much when the salon is not set up the same as other salons who charge this kind of price. Read Less

Best place ever, called to see if they took walkins ( which they do) but we were given our own special appointment for 45 minutes later since it would be for 3 girls. We walked in only expecting simple haircuts and walked out totally spoiled. My girls were treated so special from the moment we arrived, got great cuts and pedis for a great price .
