Just left the salon, went here for the first time as they are next door to my work and HATED it! Firstly their eftpos was down but didn’t bother to tell anyone as we walked in, young girl who did my nails was rushing and rough I had to ask her to slow down. She filed my nails diagonally and all different sizes I asked to file them myself to avoid further damage and then left jaggered edges and painted with shellac over them! Absolutely hopeless and disgusting. If I wasn’t desperate and short on time I would never have gone there. Most certainly will not be returning! Read Less

Friendly service. Very affordable prices. Never a wait. Love the pedicures and the waxing services here. Very professional. Owner is Thai and speaks good English. Probably the cheapest and best ( for service and quality) in the Harris Street/Pyrmont area. Right across from the 380 bus stop and the John Street Square LR stop. Read Less

Honestly, I wouldn't waste my time at this place again. My usual place was fully booked and i needed to get my polish changed for an event the following day. Bad call. Trying to explain what you are after is a challenge all in itself. Forget asking for anything out of the ordinary single colour polish because they cannot be bothered. Save your money, walk just 5 minutes further to Miller Street for better service and quality. Would never go again, and it hurt. The most horrendous SNS nail experience I’ve ever had. First, the lady didn’t give me a manicure which I requested, even though before she started I asked “can you cut my cuticles?” she just started on the service. Every time she applied a layer, she smudged it until it got really messy. Then she tried to fix them, seemed to give up and then just finished them off. When I asked for them to be fixed, she filed down one really bad nail, painted it and said “all better”. So now I have some lumpy, thick, unevenly coloured nails that cost $45. Oh, and to top it off, when she was using the machine to sand my top layer down, she cut open my finger and then proceeded to dip it in the next layer of powder. Read Less

Awesome service every time. A really friendly place to be. The spray tan is the only one that doesn't go blotchy on my skin. It looks really natural. Great place to get nails done too! Highly recommend. Read Less

Not the greatest. Salon was somewhat comfortable, best thing was the TV so i had somewhere to look while getting my nails done rather than stare at that picture on the wall of a hand model's nail design for the 40th time. Manicure was pretty rushed especially the shaping of my nails. Left the salon with the end of my nails feeling really rough and uneven, not filed down well at all, but hey i got a nice arm massage (by massage i mean a tonne of lotion slopped over my entire arm and then wiped off with a warm towel) The whole time i was in there the older lady of the two kept loudly sniffing/snorting and eventually walked out the back (roughly 4 metres away) and hocked a loogie into the sink, before lounging on the pedicure couch barefoot and having a grand old chat to someone on her mobile phone.
