DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! I would say you get what you pay for, but they are over priced and complete rubbish. I went last week to get SNS done i had walked in they seemed pretty quiet and was told they had time it would cost $40 i asked for Ombre and they said it is $10 extra which is understandable. I then had to wait almost 1 hour before they started doing my nails, accepting all customers that walked in telling them they had time (typical for shopping centre places as they need to make more money to cover the pricey rent). When they started doing my nails a guy started it wrapped my nails waited another 20mins or so then another girl came and took over, now this is the strange part i asked for SNS and they did it the same way they do acrylics i told the lady i want SNS and she said "this is SNS its a quick way of doing it" im sorry quick way? i am paying $50 for my nails and have waited over 1 hour for you and now you are going to rush my nails to fit in other customers that you told you had time when clearly you didnt?? The ombre looked like really bad nails that needed infills she then put shellac gloss on my nails and shoved them under the UV... not even a week later all of my nails and i mean ALL OF THEM had chipped and one broke off.. mind you i came in with healthy nails all of them mine no tips, i now had to go pay $43 elsewhere to get them fixed and put a tip on my nail which broke because only god knows what you put on my nails. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND THE STAFF WERE VERY RUDE NEVER IN MY LIFE HAS SNS LASTED LESS THAN A WEEK MY USUAL NAIL PLACE WHICH I COULDNT GO TO AS I WAS BUSY LASTS ME 4 WEEKS SOMETIMES EVEN 5!! DODGY KEEP AWAY I DONT EVEN THINK THEY USE SNS THEY SEEMED TO USE SOME CHEAP ACRYLIC POWDER EVEN THE LADY TODAY TOLD ME IT WAS NOT SNS AND WAS DAMAGING MY NAILS.

Went today for SNS manicure. Was happy with service. Staff friendly and approachable. Price competetive. Felt staff really took my needs into account as I have damaged nails from childhood. Highly recommend these people and trust them. Will be returning.

Bad service. The staff basically yell across the room at each other the whole time. My pedi barely involved any scrubbing. And the mani was very messy. Won’t be coming back.

Worst pedicure I've ever experienced. The girl attending to me was too caught up with her personal conversations to even look at what she was doing on me. They get chatty about your life giving you the illusion their customer service is good, but it's not. Absolutely careless attitudes. I paid $25 just to have my nails cut and soaked in water for 20 minutes. Cuticles were terribly managed, no exfoliation, no scrub, nothing- just to note the salon was empty when I went in. Poor efforts and quality of work, will not be returning even for free.
Hi James. Yes this was at Broadway plaza, as I frequently visit the mall for shopping. If you ask your staff I came with my husband who got equally poor service, pedi and mani too. But I didn't get any Polish done so I asked for a buff and shine which is a standard option for a mani or pedi at any salon. Your staff refused and said they don't do such services, so because I didn't get a Polish application they did nothing to my nails. The soles of my feet were in the same condition as before I visited your salon, nothing improved. As someone who frequently gets pedicures I can tell you this was no where near the minimum standards or requirements of a pedicure, unfortunately.

I came here to have SNS done for my nails. The environment was friendly, nice and was quite busy but none of the less, had great customer service.
But i'm underwhelmed with the finished quality of my SNS, with the tips flared, not smoothly curved and acrylic tips crooked. I told my nail artist numerous times that there was an unevenness to my nails and although she proceeded to remove them, could not figure how to align them correctly.
Also nail drill was used fairly roughly, which consequently made me pull back, but she persisted with her rough techniques despite my obvious discomfort. Not even after nail care was given (i .e cuticle oil or hand lotion)
I would have really liked to make this my new nail place as it's local to me, but to my dismay, will not be returning or recommending.

Terrible service and quality of work. The place to get ripped off for a mani and pedi. With cheap prices comes cheap service, expect nothing more.

Amazing service, they actually acknowledge the customer and the ownser Jim is just a great friendly man. It's a really friendly atmosphere and you never feel uncomfortable. I would say this place takes over every place around Bankstown/punchbowl 👍

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! I would say you get what you pay for, but they are over priced and complete rubbish. I went last week to get SNS done i had walked in they seemed pretty quiet and was told they had time it would cost $40 i asked for Ombre and they said it is $10 extra which is understandable. Worst pedicure I've ever experienced. The girl attending to me was too caught up with her personal conversations to even look at what she was doing on me. They get chatty about your life giving you the illusion their customer service is good, but it's not. Absolutely careless attitudes.
