Usually very good, but today when I went to get my nails done, nobody was there! No note. Very disappointing. I now know I cannot trust this nail spa when I need my nails done for an occasion. I am very upset. Also they do not care if you make a booking, it makes no sense. If you want to go in, you have to structure your whole day around it pretty much

They always say yes when they take walk in customer so it end up I have to wait more than 30 mins.

These guys are great. I am fussy with sensitive nails. They do a very nice eyebrow shape and wax too. Unfortunately they dont understand that if you book in advance you though they wont hesitate to serve walk ins before you. Waited 45mins for my nails to be done after I had booked.
