I had my eyebrows done at this place.. they increased the price.. i said to the lady.. oh $10? Used to be $8. She shouted at me.. and said 'dont ever come back here again.. you always say that!!' Now ive never ever said that to this lady before as i was genuinely asking if the price went up! Even if it was free.. i will never return!

I went for the first time for shellac removal, mani and SNS application. Worst customer service ever, no such thing as a smile or greeting. Refused to buff the polish with a file and used a drill dow...
I went for the first time for shellac removal, mani and SNS application. Worst customer service ever, no such thing as a smile or greeting. Refused to buff the polish with a file and used a drill down to my nail bed, before soaking the remainder off in a bowl of pure acetone; no cotton balls and alfoil here. Actually witnessed who I can only assume was the boss straight-up arguing with a customer, while the other lady berated me for wanting my cuticles trimmed when they were very obviously roughed up and dried out after their acetone bath AND I had said I wanted a manicure AND I was paying for it. Ended up leaving with nails that I'm thankful are still attached but service I got was not worth the $10 I paid. Wish I could leave no star.

They did not speak one word to me! I tried making conversation several times & they just shut it down! Did NOT do my nails at all how I asked, & then had the nerve to charge "extra" due to being white tips! This was NOT written anywhere & why is it extra for white tips when they are doing less work?? They don't need to apply a colour!!! THEN - they charged even more for using either eftpos or credit card transactions!!!!! What a joke!!!! They left me sitting there after they put clear coat & I walked myself out at the end! I WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK!!!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING "SERVICE"!!!!! ZERO STARS!!!!!!

Stayed at the DoubleTree for a work conference and had a massage my second day there. The staff was great at accommodating my needs and my massage: PHENOMENAL! Chris is very friendly, like able, professional, and does an AMAZING job! If you have the opportunity, see him! If I didn't live 4 hours away, he would be my go-to massage therapist forever!!!

Just had an amazing afternoon! Loved the Elemental Facial, and the Rosemary Mint Awakening Body Wrap. The blue oil is incredible! Feeling very renewed and relaxed. Great service. Thank you!
