Worst nail salon ever. very unprofessional staff. I did manicure and pedicure (shellac). It looked very nasty and unprofessional. The shellac on my nails chipped off after 2 days. i went there and asked them to fix it, but they behaved very rude and refused to do that. very unprofessional. I cannot stress enough how much this place frustrates me. I got a full acrylic set done their last Thursday and it’s now Wednesday and 3 of them have broken off. The acrylics were so super thin that I couldn’t even close a car door without one breaking. One broke closing a car door which I have done multiple times with acrylics, and the other broke opening a perfume box. I got both of them reapplied and fixed at another salon and I thought I was good. Now I have opened a draw and another nail which was done at this place has broken off. I am absolutely infuriated. Also, the lady said the price was reasonable!? $40 for a full set, and no student discount? I get my nails done at other places for 25-30 and sometimes even 20! No, you don’t have to pay loads for a beautiful set, because all the less expensive sets lasted longer and were applied and painted just as nicely. I %100 don’t recommend this place as it is overpriced and the acrylics are so thin they will brake easily. This is just my personal experience. Read Less

I got served by a lady named hannah and she was amazing. I showed her a photo of what I wanted and I got exactly that she even got the exact colour I wanted. She gave me tips on how to keep them in top condition and ensured I was 100% happy with my nails. Would go there again any day Read Less

Have been to this salon multiple times, and unfortunately after today it will be my last. Went in to get SNS removal, manicure and polish ($30) and all started well, but then they started to rush the paint job. Then the ladies all gathered around the wash area and left me to my own devices (after I had paid). The lady who painted my nails, along with three others all left without seeing me; to which another lady came over and said I was good to leave. Not even 7 minutes later when I tried to open a bottle of water and the paint on my nails moved, leaving me with the most hideous looking nails. Of course I Decided to go back to see them about it and they were all gone and closed. Not sure if I can be given a refund or whatever because I was never given a receipt. Extremely dissapointing. RUDE Staff, BAD attitude and completely RUSH all services to get turnover. This is the first negative review I have given, but felt it was necessary. I went in for a mani and pedi package which they quickly took me in for, then they suddenly said there wasn't enough time and still expected me to pay the price of a normal pedi. When I insisted on paying the package price as advertised it was followed by a series of YELLING and completely UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR. The experience of a relaxing treat after a hard days work was completely ruined. I have been going to this nail place for the last 7 years, I also live in Liverpool so this is quite far for me. I visited this salon Monday 20/2/17 and It will be the last time... I had felt over the past 5 months that the women who worked there had a bad attitude and didn't feel like they wanted to be there so the atmosphere wasn't very nice and they would make you wait so long tell you half and hour and when you come back half an hour later they still wouldn't be ready. I continued to go there because they did a good Mani/pedi my last visit however I entered the salon with long natural nails I asked for them to be cut just a little bit and for the shape to be round/ square (same as how they where already shaped from my previous visit). The woman used the clippers to cut the edge of my nail into a point I was so upset with the shape that I had to cut it right off so now I have short ugly boy nails and the woman who was painting my foot got clear gel all over my toe. After I was upset with my nail the woman gave me attitude and said someone else can finish my nails and poured the cold manicure water into the spa my feet where in. Right after the woman finished my feet I did not want her to work on my hands as she had put clear gel over the rest of my toe and the nail that I had now filed myself and fixed and said I am happy with this shape and nail can you make the rest look like that one she would keep going to the nail I fixed to file it when it was how I wanted I went up to the manager to pay and the girl who worked on my pedi ran up to probably talk badly about me in Asian. The manager who knows me well & see's me every month for the past 7years charged me $50 when usually both my mani and pedi costs $80. I told her I was upset about my nail and the paint on my toe all she said was sorry but still expected me to pay didn't say if I come back someone else can do it don't worry about this time. After what I went through there and saw, I really dont know how on earth they are dare to call their business "professional". Next morning had to remove all this "professionalism" from my nails and book another pedi. When was passing by was tempted with their awards at the front window (good move to attract customers-and that what got me there),but I really wonder how on earth they got those awards after what I went through there-the moment I got there I asked whether it is ok for mani/pedi with timing as I wanted to grab a coffee and come back and they said ok,but once I came back all were busy...Ok,they squeezed me in...sat there for a while until one girl finally arrived and whether it was her attitude or she was just having really bad day I dont know,but when she started doing this so called "professional" pedi I realised that it is simply her attitude and attitude towards her job as the way she was doing it all didn't give me any chance to become sure that she loves her job and knows what she is doing. Brought the tools that were already used-I am talking about filing stick and sponge-they were all worn out and used and all with heavily used white marks (from filing nails from other people)-how on earth this is professional and not only professional, but hygienic?!nail clippers where not in sterile bag-only the cuticle tools and only after she did my nails on hands I saw that those were RUSTY!!until now I am still in shock!When I asked her to bring new filing tools,she wondered why and I said that those are all used-can't you see?!She went and grabbed new tools with such long face and attitude as if she if making me the biggest favour of them all!(really professional) All the time she was doing the pedi/mani was like a torture as she was doing it all really hard way,aggressively and with manner to finish it all as quick as possible and who cares whether it will be good or bad and she didn't really care about it to be good.When I asked for pedi cutter blade,she said that I dont need it,but I really needed it,she just didn't want to bother about it I guess…. When pedi finished she asked me to to go and sit on the other side where they have tables and said where exactly, but when I went there I had to go back again and double check as the place she said to go was all dirty as it was used before all in nails and nail dust and surely wasn't prepared and cleaned for new procedure.So the manicure was all happening in this dusty, dirty place…Really professional… Before punning the nail color I had to pay and paid cash,then went back and thought I would be given a receipt,but she just sat and started putting the nail colour.Ok,I though once she will finish,I will remind her and thats what I did,but the she said "oh,but I already put transaction through, it was cash,so I dont think I can do a receipt now"...really?what kind of professional business is that?More like monkey business I guess...I said "look,you can check your system and retrieve it from there". She went as if giving me another biggest favour and making sound as if "oh, why you giving me such hard time".... All the time had to point her on some unfinished or badly done bits and pieces here and there and at the end ask another lady who was doing other customer to do some touch ups and clean ups as that girl just disappeared somewhere...really professional.... Once came back home in the evening once was ready for bed,I saw all this "professionalism" on my nails and undone skin. I really dont think that this is in any way professional or close to acceptable and really would like to get my money back for such "professionalism" as not only it is simple mockery to do business like that and treat customers like that, but I now also need to go to another salon to finish and fix all this "professionalism". Really would want this place to be checked for sterilisation and hygienic procedures as those rusty tools being used on me I am literally still in shock that such things happening in Australia. Went here for the first time today to get a sky blue shellac (for the Sydney FC semi-final this evening) and was pleasantly surprised at the excellent job and the cheap price. Had a pedi today. Girl nicked my toe and it wouldn't stop bleeding. Due to infection risk I refuse polish. At the counter they asked for $25 instead of $30. I said I'll pay $20. My toes look no different than before I walked in. Got a head shake. No apologies. Rude girls. They're lucky I even paid at all.
