Worst nail salon ever! As soon as I walk in they start to death stare me and ignore me when I asked for a full set. Then they were so rough my cuticles were bleeding and they had absolutely no care or interest in what they were doing. Bad attitude so rude calling me a n***a to her co worker cos I'm black!! I went here to receive a pedicure with shellac. The workers were a bit rushed but were nice and did take the time to help me find the right colour in shellac. After this appointment, my nails were really healthy and looked beautiful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!!! Read Less

Fresh Nails is by far the most astounding nail salon at Westfield Parramatta. The staff's courtesy, proficiency, engagement, and productivity advances beyond all other nail and beauty salons at Parramatta. I would most unquestionably recommend this nail and beauty salon rather than all of the other disgusting and horrific salons. (If you care, read this part :P) In this review, I would be counter-arguing around subjects incorporated in other reviews. Firstly, if you possess a business card, determine the name of the salon and the destination on the card before you make a fool out of yourself for the second time. If you are a beauty therapist, there is no reason whatsoever that would include you attending in another salon, either to give feedback on their work effort and how they could improve (which I assume you didn't do and establishing a review on google does not comprehend as giving them feedback). They only modify the price in order to either, make it easier for you to pay, reduce the price or because of the low-value (this is performed at every salon, store or even restaurant). In conclusion, most of these altercations are incorrect as I have not witnessed any customers being treated in these sort of standards. I strongly believe that a high addition of these remonstrations came from other nail and beauty salons at Parramatta as they have the urge to compose a bad image out of other salons (reason for the bad reviews of other salons) and forcefully manipulate customers attending. I would certainly not advocate you to take information about a store, salon or restaurant from other's opinions or experiences as most what is being reported could easily be sensationalised in order to manipulate you into attending at another store, restaurant or salon. Every single time I use the bathrooms in the loading dock (everyday) ..your staff are in there and without fail EVERY SINGLE TIME THEY DO NOT WASH THERE HANDS after using the toilet! Have some respect. You're working in customer service with skin to skin contact. Be responsible and wash your hands! You shouldn't be told.. you're all adults. Read Less

This place ruined my nails. I went quite regularly for shellac and they used the drill on my natural nails every time until I had no nails left. I was new to shallac at the time and didn't know this wasn't normal. They have a loyalty card and after I think 15 visits you can get a free spa. I was up to the free spa and I went in and tried to claim it with their card that they sign each time, and they laughed at me and told me that I had a card from a different place and they're not even on the same level in the centre. They had new business cards with a new design, but obviously the same shop with the same name in the same location. Total madness. Two women that worked there made a point of laughing at me as if I had seriously brought in a business card from a different shop. In addition, they are extremely rushed and unprofessional. They rush whatever they're doing and I don't think it's very sanitary. On my very last visit I got a pedicure with a massage. Extremely rushed of course. Probably 5 minutes of "massaging". I stayed in my seat afterward waiting for my toes to dry and a woman came and started screaming at me that I had to leave. "YOU HAVE TO LEAVE! YOU CANT STAY HERE ALL DAY!" I was mortified! All the other seats were empty and there was no one else waiting. They made me walk out in the foam flip flops into the shopping centre! I had to go sit on a bench in the middle of the centre waiting for my toes to dry to put my shoes on. People stared at me and I felt I was stuck there. I was so embarrassed I cried. New staff! I have realised that the staff has changed ever since I have came to this salon. The old staff were mean and terrible at nails. The new staff members are actually nice and do their jobs quite well. I now see a brighter future for this small nail salon. Read Less

I AM SO DISGUSTED! No words can explain how upset I was when walking out of the salon. The customer service is beyond terrible and I will never step my foot into this place again. They are so busy that they don't even care about ANYTHING. They're always rushing and very unprofessional. Not to mention the quality is no where near the standard that it should be. The lady who seems to be the owner of the place, she is extremely rude and careless. Instead of removing my previous SNS by wrapping my nails in foils, she instead gave me a tiny bowl with remover. Not two but one which I had to squeeze both my hands in there and waited in that condition for at least 15 minutes. The result of not wrapping my nails with foils, I ended up having all these chunky leftover "red" sticky chemical all over my hands. The second lady pretended like nothing had ever happened and continue giving me a pedicure. So I asked her if she could remove the stain off my hands. No responses from her but she pulled out some cotton wools and remover and was "scrubbing it off my hands". It was so bad that little did came off. She gave up after about 2-3 minutes of scrubbing. Trying to stay calm and patience I said to the lady that I am not working out of this place looking like this. Still no response but I could tell she was getting frustrated and pulled out more cotton wools. Again, she gave up after 2-3 minutes. I said to her "are you seriously going to let me walk out of here like this?" And she pulled out more cotton wools AGAIN. THAT IS HOW BAD IT WAS!!
