Utterly unimpressed. Not only was my technician rough and cut me in multiple places with both the emery board and the drill but I also witnessed her tip dirty acrylic fluid into the gap between the side walk and the front door to the store. Couple that with the black mouldy laundry basket that is used next to the sink for customers to put wet hand towels in and you can safely say I'll never be going back.

NZ nowra deserves more than a 3 star rating! I am not from the area and I was looking for a good place to get my SNS nails re done. I went to NZ at 5:15 and asked if there was enough time for them to do my SNS nails. They happily said yes. They ended up staying open for 30 mins later to make sure my nails were perfect, they didn't rush them and the staff were so friendly!! My nails look the best they have ever been. Highly recommend this place to get your nails done.

Since combing to LV I had been hunting town for the best dip nails. I have tried multiple places and paid more than at Love, leaving with mediocre results. But I've now come back to Love 3 times because I LOVE my nails! All the staff are amazing and very attentive to details.

Was served by a lovely man who was very friendly. I walked in in a bad mood and in need of some pampering, walked out smiling and relaxed! Exactly what I needed. I had a pedicure with normal polish and infills with shellac. Slightly cheaper than the other nail place at stocklands. I paid $80, but I'm used to Wollongong prices (I would have only paid $70 in the gong). But I will be going back to these guys as they were really friendly and did a good job!

I totally disagree with the previous review of 1 star. I popped in today, without an appointment, and the staff took me in straight away in a friendly manner. I was one of three clients which isn't bad considering they were closing soon. I had a pedicure and the process was pretty good. They could have massaged the legs and feet a bit more as they only used a hot towel and hot rocks on the legs and nothing on the feet. The colour selection was good and the place was clean with fairly new comfy massage chairs. The end result was pleasing and I felt very relaxed. The only downside was the price of $35 as I'm used to $25-28 around the Wollongong/Shellharbour area.

Horrible, horrible is all i can say. Rude staff, below standard in service including infills and spa pedicure. With most nail places you can expect that the staff cannot speak much english but this was ridiculous. Not one staff member could speak or understand emglish to any acceptable standard. The staff would then communicate in their own language between each other sometime laughing when a question was asked. I am sure there is some type of national standard that staff must have according to language skills to operate a business. The actual nail service was very sub standard also.
I will never go there again and urge others to do the same. There is 3 other nail / spa salons in the area i suggest people try these.

Utterly unimpressed. Not only was my technician rough and cut me in multiple places with both the emery board and the drill but I also witnessed her tip dirty acrylic fluid into the gap between the side walk and the front door to the store. NZ nowra deserves more than a 3 star rating! I am not from the area and I was looking for a good place to get my SNS nails re done. I went to NZ at 5:15 and asked if there was enough time for them to do my SNS nails. They happily said yes. They ended up staying open for 30 mins later to make sure my nails were perfect, they didn't rush them and the staff were so friendly!! My nails look the best they have ever been. Highly recommend this place to get your nails done.

Horrible, horrible is all i can say. Rude staff, below standard in service including infills and spa pedicure.
