I have gone here several times and never had too much of an issue. Not great service but not overly terrible on the norm. However, having a male tech who didn't seem to be into work for the day made for a nightmare of a pedicure. No part was relaxing. He was overly rough ripping off (yes ripping off) my cuticles instead of gently trimming them. I kept bleeding and he'd get super annoyed like I had no business complaining. Then he proceeded to use the buffer over the cuticle...s that just bled and of course made them bleed again. To which he'd react super annoyed. I've had plenty of pedis and never have I had one so terrible or bled. The polish was messed up and looked awful but I was ready to leave and just be done. Also, another con is having children there. I get you own your own business, but when people pay for services at a salon/spa, they don't really expect to have children running around. It's just not professional. I got home, and doesn't even feel as if I had the exfoliation of a pedicure. I'm beyond disappointed. Granted the price was not over the top. But That Was The most miserable, painful pedicure I've ever had. I will take my business elsewhere to a bit pricier of a salon to avoid having this experience again See More Read Less

I have never had such a bad experience in my life!! I came in to get my eyebrows cleaned up and the woman who did them COMPLETELY over-waxed them. They look TERRIBLE and it takes months for them to grow back. STAY AWAY!!! Read Less
