Charged $70 for acrylics and shellac nail + $30 for toes. I selected a colour being very selective. There were 3 shades in this colour. Staff member painted my toes with shellac while another staff member shaped my nails. I requested square shape nails. I repeatedly requested the staff member make my nails less square as they looked rediculous. She said latter but still did not finish them as I requested. The other staff member who painted my nails used a different shade on my hands than my toes. It was hard to tell until I had left the salon but they were definately a different shade which I did not like at all. One week later I will have to get my nails done again as they look terrible.... When attempting conversation with these people they kept talking in their own language. Very rude! Because of their inability to speak English they’re unable to follow simple instructions. I have just moved down to Shoalhaven Heads from Sydney, where I regularly have a pedi & eyebrow wax. The cost up there can vary but I usually pay $35 for pedi & from $9 to $11 for an eyebrow wax. Went to Famcy Nails, expecting cost to be similar to Sydney. OMG what a shock! The surly technician at the register said $77! I said, how much?? I thought I must've heard wrong. But no, she kept on saying rudely $77. It worked out at $60 for a very ordinary pedicure & $17 for 3 minute wax job. Where do these people think they are...Vaucluse or Point Piper!! Disgusting place. My nails have still not recovered. She tried to slice the old nails off first, then tried to stick my hands in acetone to get them off faster and less work for this lazy cow. Then she used the little machine and basically took entire layers off my nails. Horrible place that view us Aussies with contempt and will do anything to get more money out of us. Revolting place. My nails have been in pain for weeks and I am talKing to my solicitor right now and thinking of filing a law suit on these amateurs .Do not go to this place . Read Less

very rude staff. i dont like going to a place where they speak in their language when I am sitting infront of you. i am a paying customer show some respect. need to speak in English.when you dont have any customers go ahead and speak in your language. my friend has learn there language and my friend told me the lady who was doing my nails said '' i cant stand people who have nail polish on and we have to remove it'' i was very disappointed! and on top of that too ruff that underneath my nail started to bleed. but didn't ask if i was ok or clean it up. just kept on going.
