Horrible customer service. Horrible nail job. Got a full set with French tips. Wasn't told they had used gel or special powder. Charged way more than the stated price. Left pieces of acrylic on the inside of the nails because he was too busy watching the basketball game. Looked at the tv more than at my nails and tried to play it off when told. Wasn't thrilled with the work but went on with my life. Went back a few weeks later to get a filling. Once again charged way more t...han stated price. They filled it with a different colored powder than the first time, it was filed so rough that you can feel the texture even after they said they were all done. When asked if they thought it was a good job they couldn't respond all they could do was argue that if I wanted better service I should've paid more. The nails were bad. The service was bad. Misleading prices, they charged my mom, sister and I a total of $115 for 2 French acrylic nails and one normal color acrylic. They didn't tell us they were using gel on us. Total rip off and when we were calmly trying to tell them this is ridiculous, the owners started to be defensive and talk over us. Horrible service to your customers!

I came here a couple of months ago, but apparently they deleted my comment. I showed the lady a picture of the nails I wanted, after giving me a manicure she was about to paint my nails and when I told her I wanted acrylics she told me I didn't know how to ask for things and should learn the difference between a manicure and an acrylic set, she then continued to put on my nails and when I said I wanted them almond shaped like the picture I had showed her she said that was very hard to do and would cost extra, then when it was time to paint my nails she said the gel polish was $50 and the matte top coat would be extra too. She was very rude and probably didn't even look at the picture I showed her, she also left my nails hurting. Horrible service, don't waste your money or time.
