Worst experience. Worst customer service ever. Got pedicure done in 5 mins by one rude lady and she didn’t even say that it was finished and just went off. Got my nails done by the other rude one. She would say me do this and that and legit talk with her Colleague in her language right after that. She cut my cuticles and instead of apologizing, she told me it was my fault. I got shellac at the salon two days ago. I noticed that one of the nails was chipped this morning by no fault of my own. I went back to the salon today to get it fixed and I thought it would not be a problem given that I paid $60, and it is reasonable to expect that my nails would last for more than two days. I returned back to the salon and kindly explained that I received the shellac manicure two days ago, and that one my nails had chipped. The fact that I returned back to the salon seemed to have angered the owner, who rolled his eyes and frowned in response. He shouted at me to find the colour which matched my shellac nails, and when I grabbed the colour that the nail artist put on me two days prior, he angrily told me that it was a normal nail polish colour and not shellac. Well, that explains why my nail chipped, doesn't it? He yelled at me to sit down and spoke in his language with other staff who rolled their eyes at me. I am not one for confrontation and quietly sat there until he fixed it. I assume all the others will now chip too given that the nail polish used was incorrect to begin with. Awful experience. Horrible place do not recommend and extremely rude. Did both toes and hands for an event so they could match but they my hands ended up being a transparent pink colour and toes an opaque pink color. I told them I did choose the transparent pink but opaque pink colour but they were very rude and did not want to fix this and looked away trying to ignore me. Lady who did my toes were good. But the lady who did my nails was rude and didn't even cut and shape all my nails the same shape or length!! Ridiculous considering I paid 70$ even though the sign said $40. Read Less

They get the job done but the service is lacking. It feels rush rush the whole time and even well meaning questions seem to be met with derision. I wouldn't go back with so many other nail salons even within the shopping centre. Read Less
