EDIT: Had a terrible experience but once I got through to the owner about it, she told me to come in whenever I had the time and she would personally do my pedicure and manicure again for me and would make sure I get the service I pay for. I am yet to go back in, but when I do I will update this review. I changed this review from 1 star to 3 star upon hearing from the owner. Once I go back in, if everything goes well I will update and change it to 5 stars - sometimes things don't always go right but if it can be resolved nicely, this makes it better for all involved. I hope this can be made better. Horrible. Firstly my feet are rougher than they were before coming in because of the half done job on the pedicure. Secondly the woman painted my nails with the wrong shade (she said that the colour I had picked was actually a colour changing one, but I ran one hand under hot water and put the other in ice water when I got home and there was no change of colour) but worse than that, she got shellac all over the skin around my nails and then blamed it on my nails being small (yes my nails are small but most other times I've had pedicures, they can easily see where my nail ends and my skin begins and have no problem colouring within the lines). Then she didn't even finish the manicure properly (did not wash or moisturise my hands or any of the other stuff I'd expect when paying for a manicure. Save your money. Go somewhere else. Read Less

Not happy at all with my nails. Pedicure was a joke, I asked not to use a cutter. Instead they used the roughest file at the end my heels were so rough I had to redo the job myself at home. Manicure terrible shape, my fingers bleeding from the rough cutting of the cuticles, acetone pouring down my fingers, my skin turned so rough. Never again!Read Less
