Spilt wax in my hair, leaves waxed area burnt!!Very bad customer service!!!I was a regular customer for nearly 2 years, for nails and waxing, and just yesterday I get my eyebrows done, and the lady spilt wax in my hair on my hair Extentions and when she was finished, I told her that one side was thicker than the other side and in front of all the other customers, she replied in a winey tone, "no it's not" and didn't even say sorry or offer a discount or anything for the inconvenience of spilling wax in my hair.and some of my acquaintances noticed it was bright red on my brows.I called and asked to speak to the manager, she introduced herself as Lily, I told her my concerns about bad costumer service and how she spilt wax in my hair, and she just said "well then just don't come back here then" and hung up on meI was horrified, as the lady that do my nails are pretty good just the waxing girl is rude and not careful with the hot wax.They need to work on customer service and how to resolve issues when their workers stuff up like that.Not happy!!!!!!! Quick and efficient. I like it here because i can always walk straight in. They do a great job on your nails.This used to be my best kept secret, and I have purposely saved from doing a review, lest all the women of the inner west with a penchant for a "full set and a pedi" might start swamping it. But it's too late now.I went this week for the first time in 6 months and to my surprise there were a dozen ladies up in here. I waited about 10 mins which isnt too bad comparatively to other places. Plus it's convenient, on my way home from work. Plus I never book because I'm bad like that. You can book, and you should. The Vietnamese ladies at Royal do a fairly speedy, no mucking around,  good job of your acrylics. They never lift, and they do mine thick because I work with my hands every day. There is no pain like a broken in half acrylic, for those who have never had them, and I've never had a problem with their work.  The prices seem to have gone up a bit in that time. $50 for a full set with gel on top. I've paid less in the past, but I guess when you're getting the clientele, you've gotta make it worth your while. If you're a Summer or Dulwich Hillian, this place is your convenient friend for gal thangs like nails and waxing. Read Less
