Sliced open my toe during a pedicure, very deep, painful wound. Doused in what I assume was antiseptic/alcohol, wasn't given a heads up. No discount given, left with my toe bleeding all over my shoes.

Poor job. My toe and fingers were bleeding when they did cuticles. Staff speaks poor English so it’s difficult to explain what you want. I can paint my nails better at home. I would never go back.

I was given a nail voucher which had expired by 2 days and they would NOT honour the voucher I was so upset. I thought I will NEVER GO BACK to this salon. They were very unreasonable, CUSTOMER BEWARE...

I never post reviews, but this place has gone down! Great quality of nail job, but wow, the wait is terrible. We are talking more than 90 minutes for a Mani pedi. They keep on accepting clients, but they are low on staff, on clean instruments, on cash change. I've been there for the last 10 years, but that was my last.

Lovely and friendly staff. They can speed up the process by having three of them working on your nails if you'd like an express service.

3. When you try to look at what they are doing they hold your finger tight and do not let it go and it hurts
4. Place is very dirty and sticky

I don't ever post reviews but these people were so unprofessional I just had to. Such horrible customer service. Cheap prices for a reason. So rough, hurt my nails and cuticles - the lady had no idea what she was doing, infills were the worst I've ever had. I rather go down the road to the nail salon on Grosvenor Rd, same prices and way better service. Will not be back.

My husband booked a mani-pedi appointment for my mom and I here last week. My mom and I went in today and they welcomed us with a big friendly greeting and had two massage chairs reserved for us! They told us to select a colour to get our nails done and offered us each a drink. We sat down and started on the pedi, and my goodness it felt so good!
