As someone who has had a manicure religiously every fortnight for the last 5 years I can definitively say this was the worst manicure I’ve ever had.
They filed my nails right to the nail bed, didn’t ask for my preference of shape, and had about 4 available colours in SNS despite advertising they could do SNS.
Had to stop the beautician in the middle of the treatment and left

I usually go to Surprise Nails for eyelash extensions. I have had the manager do my eyelashes a few times however, tonight i had someone else. The experience which is usually 45 minutes took around 2 hours. The process was extremely painful and was left with raw eyes and could not stop crying throughout the process. I have never experienced such an unpleasant treatment and as the end result was not what i described to the lash technician i will be getting my eyelashes re-done. I am extremely unhappy about this and i would only advise going here if you ask the manager to do your lashes.

Thought I had found a great nail place. However, last visit 1 week ago, they deeply cut the side of my 4th toe causing severe pain and profuse bleeding because of my medication.

Thought I had found a great nail place. However, last visit 1 week ago, they deeply cut the side of my 4th toe causing severe pain and profuse bleeding because of my medication.
I was flying within 36 hours, so of course it could not heal, developed into an ulcer !! and has caused considerable damage to my system and cost me many many $$$$ in medical care.
Now under Dr treatment overseas.
Please be aware if you are aged, diabetic, on warfarin or have lymphoedema. GO TO A PROFESSIONAL
Podiatrist.
What’s more, I was still charged for the experience!

I love the team of Surprise Nails. I do extensions here every time and the staff are so lovely, especially Emily as she does my extensions the way I want. A definite place you guys should go❤️

Really good experience! Had my acrylics removed and a fresh set and was really impressed. The nails are a lot thinner which i love, most places make them really bulky. Will definitely be going back 😊

The only surprise is how this place is still trading. I've been to this nail salon a few times, tried different staff members & they are all as bad as each other. They aren't qualified, the shop is dirty & unhygenic. The quality of their work is consistently terrible. I watched the girl doing my pedicure pick her nose in front of me. Disgusting. And how they can f..k up SNS nails, the simplest form of nail tech, just proves how bad they are. They have ruined my nails. I've complained & they just don't care.

Great service, great toe and finger nails, very family friendly! Walked in with 4 of us, two kids, and we received great service even though they were already pretty full. And I've tried three nails places in Neutral Bay and this has been the best. Will definitely go back. Great prices too!

The only surprise is how this place is still trading. I've been to this nail salon a few times, tried different staff members & they are all as bad as each other.
