Had a $40 mani-pedi here a month ago (February 2018). The two staff were unfriendly and literally did not speak to me at all except for asking what colour I wanted and what shape. The lady who did my pedi caused one big toe to bleed - a lot. Took about 10 minutes to stop bleeding, so she had to reapply the polish. She said 'sorry' which was the only other time I was spoken to. I went straight to the chemist to buy Betadine after leaving the salon. Unfortunately it was the other big toe that ended up getting infected and was weeping for a few days. To add insult to injury that toenail is now ingrown which I have never had before. It's painful and looks horrible. The nail polish itself was done nicely. I was the only customer in the salon and while waiting for my polish to dry, the girl who had done the pedicure slumped over and appeared to sleep at one of the manicure stations. It was a pretty bizarre experience. Overall I seriously regret walking into this salon.

WORST SERVICE!!!!
Had a shellac manicure here recently which was a huge mistake. It was a Friday afternoon and the shop was empty but the woman was rushing and being very harsh with the cuticle clippers, cutting my cuticles so deep on 4 of my fingers that it left them bleeding. Without apologizing or acknowledging what had happened, she then quickly dabbed something on them which stung and left my nails inflamed. She then preceded to quickly file my nails but did such a poor job I was left with some nails with jagged edges. The shellac polish chipped on the edges of most fingers within 2 days. Unless you want swollen stinging, bleeding nails, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Oz Nails & Beauty is always full with customers and this is for a good reason. The girls at Oz Nails are experienced in their trade and are very attentative.Having committed to more expensive beauty salons for beauty treatments in the past, I have found that drop- in visits to Oz Nails they are always accommodating and as eyebrow technicians they are very particular about how they shape/ arch your brows. For only $15.00 this is a steal compared to some treatments at establishments such as Sharon's Eyebrow Emporium in Paddington (to be reviewed soon). Pedicures are also a steal at $30 and they do a fantastic job.There is all the things that make the salon seem uniform to others, the big massage chairs with sinks, the Opi colour ranges, the greeting you receive when you enter as they say 'Choose your Colour' please?However the service is efficient, the value is second to none and their treatments are world class. Give them a try you will be making recommendations in no time.
