Such an amazing salon!! I’ve been coming here for years and am yet to find a fault. The service is always outstanding. I love that the girls are all so friendly and professional and take the time to have a good chat about your wants before any treatment is started and then keep you informed the whole way through. They have such a wealth of product knowledge and can recommend take home products or even just little tips to keep your skin and hair in check. I am Michael's client for dip powder and pedicure! I have used Michael for severals months now! Michael gives the best foot massage! (I have also seen Ava and Sandra). Michael does an awesome job with dip powder nails. My nails look great for three to four weeks. Dip powder is the best way to go! The salon is very pleasant to the eye, and clean. The staff is witty and very respectful. They aim to please and I don't ever feel rushed while I am there for my "me time". I truly appreciate my time there and always look forward to my next visit. On 29 April I was in the very capable hands of Amber Jones & had the Cezzane Keratin Smoothing treatment. A month later I haven't even turned my GHD on, my hair is so straight & easy! I just had my first skin gym and it was wonderful and so quick. To get such amazing results in 15mins is beyond anything I could've wished for with such a busy schedule. They explained everything before and during to make sure I was comfortable which always makes you feel better about something new. The girls at Fresh are amazing, so knowledgeable and proud of what they do. To make you a better you. They always make you feel welcome and relaxed .... The micro feels like a tiny bit of coarse paper but it doesn't hurt. It just feels like wow this is going to make my skin look great. The light treatment is different to anything else but quick and completely painless. The tool on your skin is cool and then you may feel a little warmth but nothing more than a passing flash of heat... like a warm face washer. I was only slightly reddish on the cheeks but when I got home no one even noticed. (7/13/16) Horrible $92 I've ever spent in my entire life. I went in to begin with to get just my eyebrows done. I'll give them 1 star just because they always do a great job with my eyebrows. After I got them done I decided to get a mani/pedi which I was told would be $45. They will upsale the crap outta you until you walk out for one. So I get the pomegranate spa treatment fine, what's that like another 10-15? Ok I ask for a navy blue matte nail with silver tips. Today I ta...ke engagement photos and those are two of my colors. The lady does my toes. Mattes them and than she put a topcoat on it and it's shiny again.. Wtf? On to my hands. She's painting and asks if I want a design for an additional $10 & I'm assuming she meant like a funky flower or zig zag deal on my hands so I decline. Alright she paints all my nails blue and adds that damn top coat again and after starts to pack up and I'm like wait what about my matte and silver tips?? Apparently design and tips are the same thing? So now clearly I've upset the woman and she takes the matte coat out and dabs it over all my nails. They don't dry very well with the shiny top coat underneath and her adding the matte and my nails look like shit now. So I tell her my nails now look really bad. I'm a very calm and quiet person so my tone never changed. Two other nail techs come over and look and talk in a different launguage and begin to get hostile with me so the lady who did my eyebrows begins to take the polish off my fingers and I let her know my toes are no longer matte too. So the lady who has been working on my nails does 4 of my nails again. Barely look any better I feel like they're trying to rush me out, my nails barely dry they tell me it's $92.. How I went from 45, 60 to $92 is beyond me but apparently that's how much I've now racked up. I tip the lady $5 and I shouldn't have even done that because as soon as I walked out I touched something and now my right hand is all smudged and my nails look like shit. I have engagement photos to take today and I am truly upset because I went in for a service that I feel was not given to me. My nails look bad and if I can upload pictures I will. Don't go there if you need your hands to look 100%. I'm going to have to take the polish off and/or hide my right hand when I do pictures later on and that's ridiculous. Mehr anzeigen Read Less

I have been getting gel manicures for years. I had never been to this salon before but chose it due to its location. I would Not recommend it. They took nearly 2 hours to complete a gel manicure and charged me $10 dollars more than they were quoting other people on the phone. In addition, the lady doing my nails would go 'get' the color I picked out but would come back with a completely different shade. This happened twice. Finally, I got it done 5 days ago and they are already chipping and pulling away from the nail! Needless to say, I will not be back. Read Less
