Getting my nails done and the lady that done them she was very rough. Pulling my hand around. She did not speak English.So it’s kind of hard to understand her and teller what I wanted because she didn’t know what I was saying. She just didn’t understand. She was very rude and she was trying to do my nails that fast it just wasn’t great. She was ripping my hands out to rollover them over doing that fast so it was just a turn off altogether would not recommend you to them find another place around Muswellbrook if you can I know it’s cheaper but it’s not the best quality you look at them I recommend that the hairdressers around Muswellbrook probably do a better job hundred percent. Absolutely shocking, my little toe nail got ripped off when she was removing shellac polish from last time and is now extremely sore, the shellac has cracks in it and she didn’t even paint my toe nails properly. Rubbish, will not be returning there again. Read Less

First time going through apple nails, had pedicure spa and full set of acrylics done.. Great job! Only thing I didn’t like was the fact that the workers were swapping and changing between clients half way through. Also with the pedicure they did not use a pedi paddle to remove dead skin my feet are still rough! But other than that I’m pretty happy with the service I received. Read Less

Rude and don't listen I paid $60 for manicure and pedicure and shelack on Tuesday took ages in there and was very unfriendly, quick to take my money. Then on Wednesday(the day after it all chipped on 4 fingers) went back Wednesday arvo to see what happened they said it was my nails fault.... I tried to tell them that it wasn't shelack they said it was... I said nope you never put it under blue light... asked for polish to be removed as I didn't have time to sit and wait for them to redo it... they removed it only with nail polish remover... and refused to give me a refund or pay back the difference... horrible... plus they use the same dirty nail files on different people. They are rude, have horrible customer service, cleanliness is appalling and did a horrid job. The highlight of my experience today was when I was left half way threw getting my pedicure for the lady to start cleaning, then with the same gloves she had been touching my feet and using cleaning products picked a babies dummy up off he ground and gave back to the child! I been to many nail salons. This one is the worst service. No recommend to anyone. I had the similar experience with Kerrie. I was told to come back in 30 mins then I did they had put more ppl in front of me. They kept lying that some one was going to do my pedicure, but I waited extra 45 mins there for nothing. The girl asked me to do the shellac at the beginning. I was happy to do that if they gave me the good service. Finally after took me over 1 hour I made the decision that I didn't want to waste my time and money here for the poor service. They just try to make money from you, but don't respect the customers and don't know what the customer service is. No more waste the time and money here. thanks! Read Less
