I went to USA Nails 2 days ago after work it was about 6pm, to find out About SNS nails, but the lady got me to sit down and started to work on my nails, she notified me that they charge extra to remove the acrylic nails which I had, which was fine, I thought they must be open for long that night, so I could get it done and I wouldn't have to worry about appointment or anything. I asked her to leave my natural nails which have been growing so well underneath the acrylic. She started to remove the acrylic without any care very rough and fast, it was very painful which I told them but they ended up ripping my nails from skin due to not been careful, I was bleeding, she told me my nails were too thin.... (this isn't the first time I'm getting acrylics removed, and never had my nails ripped by anyone) then the second laddy came and I was hopping she would be more gentle, tried to explain to her that she needs to be more gentle but she was even worst after ripping another nail from flesh she ended up putting rest of my nails into aceton to remove the acrylic, then she left quite a bit of acrylic on my nails as she didn't have the patience to wait. They present the options and I picked the I French as they didn’t have many colour choices which, but the laddy told me they don't have it anymore..... But she had the nude pink......and white???? not sure how that's possible?? Anyways ended up taking the nude pink. Once they applied the SNS and it was dry they started to file my nails, and it was sooo rough that my cutlets got so sore that they have been bleeding! She said sorry and went and did the same thing to my other hand. Her excuse now was that my skin is to thin...????? How is that possible? It's skin! Not nail! After all this, the colour was see through that you were able to see the acrylic underneath! It looked horrible, And the nails body had waves very uneven and worst nails I ever had! Later when I questioned the French been finished, that they didn't want to do French as it would take too long! I asked what time they were closing, it was 6:40pm and they told me they were closing 6:30pm! Then she told me that the nail extension tips would cost extra????? The extensions she had to apply as she ripped my nails off!!!!! And is going to charge me extra for that! TThey had a little discussion in between them in foreign language. Never heard that you had to pay for tips, but it's okay I would have been fine with it if she wouldn't have ripped my nails off! And paying for removal of acrylic she didn't even manage to remove? I don't think any money was worth that job, the end result was ugly and it was a very painful process and left me with sour fingers. My fingers are sore since and you can clearly see the acrylic underneath and the nails are uneven! I would have preferred if they made an appointment and I could had a proper service, instead of trying to do a quick job. Now I can't even get them removed as my skin needs to heal first! I hate the look of! Definitely not recommended! Read Less
