Right before I got my eyelash extensions I had asked if anyone has ever had an infection (due to bad experiences in the past). The lady assured me that they were 100% hygienic and that nothing would happen. I did the eyelash extensions for $88 and to my surprise in the morning I had a sty, with my right eye all swollen. I went back into store the following day and she had removed some that might have been a problem causing irritation. WHY DID SHE NOT GLUE THEM PROPERLY IN THE FIRST PLACE. She did not even offer to give me a refund or anything. So money and time were wasted by going to the doctors and getting ointment and antibiotics. I will never go back here every again! Don’t waste your money here. After this horrible experience I would rather go to the salon up the road. In my opinion, I don’t think this place will stay in business for much longer.

Every experience here was terrible. The ladies are so rude including the owner. The last straw was when I tripped over on one of their little chairs on my way out 😞 instead of asking whether I was ok they laughed. So sad as the only reason why I went there in the first place was because it's walking distance from where I live. I would never give them another dime again!

They didn't open at the time they were supposed to open so I left and came back thirty minutes after they said they would open.(no appointment just walk in)

Narwee store absolutely terrible service. Got a pedicure, 3 of my toes were injured to the point where they were bleeding. Asked to speak to manager but was just told to "leave and never come back".. ...

I have had acrylic nails for years and go to various salons depending on my schedule and this is honestly the worst nail service I've had!! Shellac peeled within two days... nail broken within three! ...
I have had acrylic nails for years and go to various salons depending on my schedule and this is honestly the worst nail service I've had!! Shellac peeled within two days... nail broken within three! Won't ever go back or recommend this salon... it's beyond terrible.

The colour didn't turn out exactly as I wanted, but the nails are amazing and lasted 4 weeks. In the past they lift after two weeks and look very shabby. I've never had such a good experience before. ...

Not much conversation to be had so I was super anxious they may not have understood what I wanted. Also, the girl doing my nails took a phone call and had the phone up to her ear while she was filing my nails making me even more anxious. In the end I was happy with the outcome, very stressful though.

Staff are quite rude. Had to go and get money out as their eftpos was down (they decided to tell me half way through my visit). As I came back with the money, I said thank you and the staff member just took my money, put it in the register and walked away.
Also, far too expensive.

Right before I got my eyelash extensions I had asked if anyone has ever had an infection (due to bad experiences in the past). The lady assured me that they were 100% hygienic and that nothing would happen. I did the eyelash extensions for $88 and to my surprise in the morning I had a sty, with my right eye all swollen. I went back into store the following day and she had removed some that might have been a problem causing irritation. WHY DID SHE NOT GLUE THEM PROPERLY IN THE FIRST PLACE. She did not even offer to give me a refund or anything. So money and time were wasted by going to the doctors and getting ointment and antibiotics. I will never go back here every again! Don’t waste your money here. After this horrible experience I would rather go to the salon up the road. In my opinion, I don’t think this place will stay in business for much longer.

Every experience here was terrible. The ladies are so rude including the owner. The last straw was when I tripped over on one of their little chairs on my way out 😞 instead of asking whether I was ok they laughed. So sad as the only reason why I went there in the first place was because it's walking distance from where I live. I would never give them another dime again!

Not much conversation to be had so I was super anxious they may not have understood what I wanted. Also, the girl doing my nails took a phone call and had the phone up to her ear while she was filing my nails making me even more anxious. In the end I was happy with the outcome, very stressful though.
