You guys are awesome. I came in today and Anthony did the most amazing set for me after I had the worst experience previously at another salon. He continuously made sure I was okay and I cannot thank him enough as my nails were super sore. My nails are beautiful. I recommend anyone to get a set done here from Anthony. His truly the best at his job and he does it so so so well, he put so much effort into his work and loved every minute of it.. Thank you! 😄😄😄😄

Was my first time to have acrylic nails. I was very nervous. I asked for the French manicure look and chose the shape as in between square and oval. My nails were cut raggedly.two of the white tops weren't straight and I pointed it out to him but he said they were fine. I said my thumb nails looked too square but he seemed to think they were ok. As I said I was very nervous and had told him this. When I got home I realised he hadn't pushed my cuticles back so already there was a 1mm gap. I asked friends opinions and they agreed with the comments I made. When I got back from holiday I went back to the shop.he said once s customer pays and leaves that is confirmation of satisfaction. I should have said something when I was there to which i replied that I did. He just offered to shape my thumbnails but no offer of rectifying the wonky white tips or cuticle explanation. Won't be going back

The staff are very welcoming, I have had my nails done their multiple times and they have been good. I personally have had my experience with them turn very badly in regards to waxing, after receiving...
The staff are very welcoming, I have had my nails done their multiple times and they have been good. I personally have had my experience with them turn very badly in regards to waxing, after receiving very bad burns to my face this week.
I had my face burnt so badly, I had to go straight to the doctors, ice & use burn cream for 2 days straight, had to have a day off work (so ive lost money) and could not wear makeup for 2 days (so far...).
Today I went and nervously asked for me money back and only received $15.00 and no store complementaries and felt like I was being pushed out the store so customers wouldn't hear. When buying my lunch at the local bakery, I was told that they may or may not even have a waxing license. I will never use their services again. I hope no one else experiences this, it has been very embarrassing and extremely painful. The somewhat of apology I received was just appalling as they tried to say it was more me, when you can clearly see the burns to my face...

Ive been getting my nails done here for over 2 years and the service is always fabulous but today I saw the employees step it up another notch when an elderley lady who was in poor health passed out in the chair. The employees jumped into action calling ambulances, grabbing cold wash cloths, fanning the lady and showing real care and concern for customer - all whilst dealing with a shop packed with other customers. They handled the situation wonderfully and should be applauded for their demonstration is great customer service. Well done! PS - my tie die nails look fabulous!!

With having my nails done at places all over Sydney and the Central Coast, I thought nail art passion and creativity was becoming extinct because no one seemed to want to do more than just the average coat of paint and push you out the door.. But! I found this place! Not a session goes by that I don't absolutely love love love my nails. It's not just the art that I'm happy with, the quality of the nails, the productivity and service are all wonderful. Anthony and his team push beyond themselves time and time again to ensure each customer walks away happy and satisfied. Walk in feeling tired of your nails, brows feet whatever and you walk out feeling like a million dollars. Walk in with a vision and walk out being that vision you imagined. Simple. They got me in last minute for a mani pedi but it was very basic. The nail polish from my manicure lasted less than 2 days. There were flies and a small cockroach crawled on the table while I was getting my manicure. $46 for manicure and pedicure.

You guys are awesome. I came in today and Anthony did the most amazing set for me after I had the worst experience previously at another salon. He continuously made sure I was okay and I cannot thank him enough as my nails were super sore. My nails are beautiful. I recommend anyone to get a set done here from Anthony. Was my first time to have acrylic nails. I was very nervous. I asked for the French manicure look and chose the shape as in between square and oval. My nails were cut raggedly.two of the white tops weren't straight and I pointed it out to him but he said they were fine. I said my thumb nails looked too square but he seemed to think they were ok. As I said I was very nervous and had told him this. When I got home I realised he hadn't pushed my cuticles back so already there was a 1mm gap.
